The sesame tofu is fantastic, but it's more of a dessert due to how sweet it is.
The vegetable phō (with vegetable broth) is almost completely flavorless. Even adding hoisin sauce, soy sauce, chili oil, and pepper didn't make a big difference.

Hello. .I've been eating Pho for 20+ years. West coast. I moved back home too Rapid City. When I saw a Pho place opening g up I was thrilled. I tried the brisket pho a couple yrs back and I wasn't happy. So. I didn't go back there for that. Today I tried it again. Same soup.. omg. No no no..it's too sweet.way too sweet. They got everything right but. Christ . I can barley eat it. I'm thinking they make it sweet so it completely blocks the real taste of simmering soup.. No guys. Have tasted it. Nooooo. Not good.the People are fabulous ..That's my take

This was our first time in South Dakota and we gave Pho Vietnam a shot. We were not 100% sure because it didn’t have that many reviews, but man, this place is hands down the best. Delicious and outstanding customer service. Iona took care of us and she was amazing. Please visit if you can, you will not be disappointed.

I don’t understand how this place is never busy. It’s the best pho in town, head and shoulder above all the rest. The cheese won tons are to die for and we also love the Thai iced tea.
Be aware if you order the rare steak pho to go- the meat will come raw so be sure that your broth is piping hot before you drop the meat in!

The food was fresh, hot and most importantly very tasty. Not of huge importance, but generous portions. Our server, John, was cordial and quick to take care of us. The restaurant was very clean. There is ample parking. We are from the area and have had lunch here several times and all is good.

First time came w negative service . No one service us ... just let us sit on that table and no after.... we must clean table and chair again because dirty, .we have to get the menu ourselves.. and again no one come service us. Even though all the customers in the restaurant had finished eating or had enough food, after we left, the staff came out to serve the customers who came after us.

.The lady who’s serving there. She was so rude.I don’t know what happened before but when I asked for a bowl she was not happy and thrown the bowl to my face. That’s mean she had not no tip for her service.Then one more thing she was racist to Vietnamese. She stopped me and asked me for a tip and I said I couldn’t give you a tip because you were so rude to me.So she said “you’re Vietnamese “ That’s why.
