I love the variety of croissants and donuts available on the weekends! Cruffins are probably my absolute favorite! They change the flavor of the Cruffins from week to week. The Lemon Cruffin was so fresh and light with the perfect texture. Their Lemon Curd is one of the best so anything featuring that I would also recommend. They have so many other delicious treats!! I love their cozy location. They also have a wide variety of macaroons and pies.
From Florida, I flew into Rapid City, the nearest airport to a small Nebraska town 2 hours away by car. I found Pistachio Pie online and pre-ordered 30 cupcakes in 5 different flavors to take to assisted living residents. OMG! I tried one of each flavor over a few days, and they were all so good! I also bought a chocolate chip cookie to eat on the drive, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. I also liked that the cupcakes were not huge. My order was ready exactly on time.
Croissants like I remember them from France! But also some interesting new twists. We are making Pistachio Pie a habit, where everything is made fresh and in-house, from scratch. They don’t make everything, but everything they make is excellent. If you visit Canyon Lake Park, you owe yourself a treat from across the street at Pistachio Pie. Huge fans here!
