Order a large pizza, cheese bread sticks and a 2L for delivery. They forgot my bread sticks and when I opened my pizza it was cut horribly and looked like whoever delivered it carried it sideways. When called to ask about my breadsticks I was put on hold for 15 mins so I called back and no one answered for an hour. When they did answer I asked for my money back and gave them the 2L and pizza and got my refund.

This has been the best pizza I’ve ever tried from Pizza Hut! Everything tasted so freshly cooked, this was on our way back to the hotel from Mount Rushmore Memorial, and believe me I couldn’t have chosen better than to stop in Pizza Hut!

Ordered dor delivery had to pick up my self found ou 34 minutes after i should have gotten my order they where running late tries call 97 times gor the uneducated call center person i spole to in store acted like he didnt even give a shit food sat in there warmer ao ling fries where stuck together i live 10 minutes from there and every rhing was cold when i got hom they have lost a 30 customer of pizza hut i will order Domino's before i will ever order pizza hut again
The food is good. Delivery, meh. Tonight my order included a 2 liter of Pepsi, the driver said he'd be back within 20-30 minutes because he forgot it. I have tried calling the store but the calls all go to some sort of call center. Earlier they said they would send a message to the store, I called again, they said there was no way to contact the store. I just wish the delivery driver would've said I am not coming back. The end. I have noticed that they will have you sign receipts ONLY if you tip under 15% on the card. If you hand them cash before you take the pizza, their pen and receipt go immediately into their pocket. In short, they don't need a signature from you but for reasons such as tonight... I recommend against tipping in advance.

Spent $40 on pizza only to get home and realize all the cheese had slid off 2 pizzas, the toppings weren't right on 1 pizza (supposed to be pepperoni and cupped pepperoni and there was exactly 1 piece of cupped pepperoni on it). The breadsticks were stale and cold and there was barely any sauce in the wings. I really don't understand how an order can be messed up so badly unless it's on purpose.

Last time I ordered about a week ago they messed my entire order up. Gave me fries instead of the mozzarella sticks, I paid for a bunch of sauces, didn't get any of them and the calzone i ordered was so burnt it was crunchy.

I pickup orders from this location and always end up waiting 30 mins plus tonight was waiting for a customer's order was told 6 mins ended up waiting 40 mins while 2 of the guys working were to busy visiting ignoring the phone ringing and forgot I was there for an order I had to yell back there to get their attention to hand me the order this location is awful

Ordered 7 pizzas for Sat at 6P. called and verified that the order was received and would be delivered at 6pm. AT6p, no pizzas. 6:15, no pizzas. at 6:35, called the store, "there was a mixup of your pizzas with others, they should be there soon". at 6:45, I get notification that DoorDash (not PH Delivery which I paid for) would deliver my pizzas. Received 7 pizzas at 6:55P, one of which was not what I ordered. Ate it anyway. PROBABLY NOT using Pizza Hut again- usually late and not as good. Will stay with the other guys.
