The food is good. Delivery, meh. Tonight my order included a 2 liter of Pepsi, the driver said he'd be back within 20-30 minutes because he forgot it. I have tried calling the store but the calls all go to some sort of call center. Earlier they said they would send a message to the store, I called again, they said there was no way to contact the store. I just wish the delivery driver would've said I am not coming back. The end. I have noticed that they will have you sign receipts ONLY if you tip under 15% on the card. If you hand them cash before you take the pizza, their pen and receipt go immediately into their pocket. In short, they don't need a signature from you but for reasons such as tonight... I recommend against tipping in advance.

Spent $40 on pizza only to get home and realize all the cheese had slid off 2 pizzas, the toppings weren't right on 1 pizza (supposed to be pepperoni and cupped pepperoni and there was exactly 1 piece of cupped pepperoni on it). The breadsticks were stale and cold and there was barely any sauce in the wings. I really don't understand how an order can be messed up so badly unless it's on purpose.

Last time I ordered about a week ago they messed my entire order up. Gave me fries instead of the mozzarella sticks, I paid for a bunch of sauces, didn't get any of them and the calzone i ordered was so burnt it was crunchy.

I pickup orders from this location and always end up waiting 30 mins plus tonight was waiting for a customer's order was told 6 mins ended up waiting 40 mins while 2 of the guys working were to busy visiting ignoring the phone ringing and forgot I was there for an order I had to yell back there to get their attention to hand me the order this location is awful

Ordered 7 pizzas for Sat at 6P. called and verified that the order was received and would be delivered at 6pm. AT6p, no pizzas. 6:15, no pizzas. at 6:35, called the store, "there was a mixup of your pizzas with others, they should be there soon". at 6:45, I get notification that DoorDash (not PH Delivery which I paid for) would deliver my pizzas. Received 7 pizzas at 6:55P, one of which was not what I ordered. Ate it anyway. PROBABLY NOT using Pizza Hut again- usually late and not as good. Will stay with the other guys.

Through 4 different orders, this spot has messed up everytime. Light cheese means LIGHT CHEESE. If I pay for pan, I expect to get pan crust. Every time I have tried to call to get this issue resolved, I have been forwarded to a call center. This place does not ever pick up the phone. This is how Pizza Hut keeps that refund money. They make the process to fix issues so frustrating that you hang up and order something else. Do not go to this establishment. Go to any of the other pizza huts in town. St Patrick st deserves the low wages. Yall suck at your jobs. And I’ve done what you do when I was a teen, it isnt difficult. I never complain and I ALWAYS tip well. I’ll just keep my money.

Service was terrible. The website told me my order was ready, and then when I get there, the TV says my order is ready, but I ended up waiting an hour for my order to be ready. They weren't short staffed, just terrible at their job. There were complaints coming in the whole time I was there. The staff left completed orders, including mine, in the heater and never told me or the customers who were waiting. As a result, the pizza was dried out. This place use to be pretty good, I'm not sure what happened. I'll never go back.

Would give 0 stars of possible. The delivery said it was delivered and nothing showed up. I called and they said drivers say it’s delivered before it actually is “to meet their quota”. So I’m other words they’re lying for their own benefit. A half an hour after it said it was delivered and it’s still not here. When I call back they say just wait a few more minutes. It’s been so long that my online order is just a blank black screen. I want my money back. I will never order from any Pizza Hut ever again.
