Waited 10min at the counter for someone to help me with my carry out order. Could hear someone working in the back so figured it wouldn’t be too long. Finally had to step into the back and get his attention. He apologized for the wait and informed me there was supposed to be someone at the register. He then had to get the manager to unlock the register, who was out front of the store with three other people vaping. She watched me walk in and another customer walk in about 5min after me and didn’t bother to see if we would need any help inside. Pretty poor leadership and not a very good look loitering and vaping with non employees in front of the store they are supposed to be managing.

We got really excited to have a pizza hut on the west side. We are 2.5 miles from the restaurant. An 8 min drive and they won't deliver to our address. Papa johns delivers to us from over 5 miles away. Tried getting answers and all I got was "you're outside our delivery zone."

Ordered carry out, website charged me and everything but store never got. waited behind other orders for a pizza I ordered 30 minutes prior to showing up for, then handed off my pizza to someone else.
