pizza was worse than usual. Cold, just bad. Usually chicken is good-why we went there- Had 2 breasts, first was cold and dry. second tasted like it had not been brined. Not seasoned, Just not good. We got there around 4 so maybe not a good time, but buffet should be good whenever open or shut down between lunch and dinnet

Always out of the most basic pizzas. Cheese. Pepperoni. The buffet is full of pizzas no one is eating. So when the basics come out they go fast. And then you wait another 20mins. Happens every time we come here. For $17 not worth it. Side note; Ice cream machine broken, still charging same rate..

I stopped by the restaurant to pick up chicken and mashed potatoes to go. Wished someone would have told me it would take 40 minutes! Seemed like a lot of confusion on where my order even was. One young man said he’d check on it and to give him 3 minutes. Never saw him again. The people eating in the restaurant are definitely given priority. I will never just “stop by” to pick up food again. Some people came in after me, ordered, ate, and left while I just stood there waiting. When I finally got the chicken and got home it was overcooked. I caution people to be prepared to wait if you just stop in to get food to go.

Always an extraordinary experience at the Pizza Ranch, Rapid City, SD (south) location. What's more... they have added what they call "crantastic" salad bar options... spinach, red onions, candied pecan and cranberry salad toppings, new dressings, etc., for a healthier salad to go with their amazing fried chicken!
Well done, Pizza Ranch... see you again soon. All praise and glory to God. Amen.

The best chicken and pizza around, excellent buffet! Food was hot and delicious, and the staff was very courteous and friendly. Will be back!
Wheelchair accessibility: I use a walker after recently having hip surgery and found no problems entering and dining inside.
