Pizza and other food were mid. A couple pizzas were good and the fried chicken was juicy. They day we went got there at 230 and was told place would be closing down for a party. Some of the games I played with my little brother were fun

Was made to wait over 10 minutes at the pick-up window past my pre-ordered pick-up time without a single worker even coming to the window despite numerous employees making eye contact with me as I sat and waited. My food was on the warming rack waiting the entire time. Completely unacceptable lack of customer service.

Great chicken! The pizza is good too. You can order a custom pizza and get served at the buffet. Canned say enough about the tasty fresh chicken! Great service too. So glad we tried this place!
Had a party for about 15 family members over the holidays. In general. Everybody had a great time and the food was good. The place could stand with a good cleaning though, and some spaces need updating. Overall, however, I would recommend and will be back again.

Tonight my husband and I visited the Rapid City (South) Pizza Ranch. We ordered the Bronco pizza after we paid for the buffets. The cashier asked me what type of crust I wanted; I asked her what different styles of crust they offer. When she named off the “skillet” type of crust I immediately ordered that one, cause I’ve never had that one before. Needless to say, the “skillet” crust is my absolute favorite type of crust, it really made the Bronco stand out! The food on the buffet was hot and fresh; except for the spring salad. My husband asked a food service worker if she’d replace the spring salad due to it looking wilted and soggy. She said “of course” and proceeded to take it off the bar to take it to the back to get fresh spring salad put in its place. Unfortunately; all she did was took it to the back and mixed up what she had taken off the food bar up and pretended it was a fresh spring salad. When my husband went to go and get what he thought was fresh spring salad he was highly disappointed to see that she had only brought out the original spring salad which was wilted and soggy. Except for that one mishap, everything was very tasty like it is as always. On another note; it’s so nice to see how Pizza Ranch gives back to our community by having non-profit organizations come in to serve the customers at Pizza Ranch. Tonight they had “Rapid City Area Right to Life” come in to serve us by taking away our dirty plates, cups etc, and they made sure we had everything we needed! We gave them a $3 tip in the plastic tip jar that’s placed on every table. Kudos to Pizza Ranch for helping to give back to the non-profit organizations throughout Rapid City. Also the workers took care of making sure the entire buffet was wiped down so that all the guests could enjoy their time at Pizza Ranch! I must say; we’ve never had a bad experience at Pizza Ranch and we’ve lived here in Rapid City since Oct 2019! If you’ve never been to Pizza Ranch you must absolutely go cause they have all types of food on their buffet for everyone to enjoy!
