What a truly wonderful experience was working with Terina to put together our order for my husband's birthday. And OMG the pretzel bites were SO very tasty, and enjoyed by all. I am very glad we had some left over, I got to enjoy them the next 2 days. I can't wait to get some more. Love them!!!!
Give the guy working there this morning (Tues 8/29) a raise! 10/10! ☺️

I had the best service and pretzels today, what an amazing store. Very impressed with how friendly there staff was and my pretzel wad hot and delicious. Keep up the great work, I'll definitely be back!

Amazing treat you like family love this place
First time I ordered here my pretzel bites were not fully cooked they were very doughy, I had to throw them away didn’t want to risk getting sick. I figured I’d give them a second shot before leaving the mall again like last time and the same thing happen. The bites were not fully cooked.. I had to throw them away when I got home. I love pretzels and this made me not want to stop here ever again.
