QDOBA Mexican Eats

The food has been amazing the last few times I've went, the only thing to complain about is the bathroom. I'm in a wheelchair and at the Eglin st location the stall is too small and also the door to the stall goes into the stall so with my wheelchair I can't shut the door. It would be great to get that fixed.

We always love to eat here every few months. The store is clean, and stuff is friendly, and the food is always good. We wish they were a little bit bigger but that's not their fault!

I dont like that one ginger girl that rushes me evertime and doesn't put basically any rice in or beans in my burrito its makes me so upset it ruins my appetite I have to ask at least 2 or 3 times to get a normal amount of rice why are we rationing so much for no reason

This hit the spot for less than $10. In this economy, that's basically free.

Consistently the smallest burritos I've ever seen. This location is a total joke compared the the one on the west side. You are ripping people off. Do better.

The staff at this store morning and night are so nice. I feel like they care about me and the food they are serving me. I will always come back to this store one of the best places to eat in rapid city!

I ordered DoorDash and it was over an hour later w no delivery driver so I drove to the store to pick my food up myself, the staff there tonight was amazing! I explained the situation and they immediately remade the order so it would be fresh without me even asking. They were so friendly and kind. Amazing customer service! Thank you guys! ❤️

Customer service at this location is awful. We ate on 9/14, and one staff member (no one had on name tags so I cannot complain directly) treated my family horrid. One of our children has food issues, and we have always ordered the same thing: nachos, beef, cheese, mild salsa. The staffer talked so quickly and quietly that I had to ask him to repeat himself 3 times before I finally realized we couldn’t get that as a “kids” meal (even though it’s been no problem previously). When I asked to change it to an adult meal then, I got a sigh, the bowl slammed down and ingredients slammed into the bowl and flying everywhere. We ended up with a bowl of what looked like dog vomit that was then shoved at the next person down with a huff. When I asked for my tortilla chips to be added to my nachos before the toppings, I got the same huge sigh, slamming of the bowl, eye roll. My other child asked for rice on their tacos and ended up with about 2 grains of rice (which is the cheapest thing they offer, so come on). I was previously certified serve safe and saw multiple violations and cross contaminations as well.

Make sure to check your food before you leave because the full order wasn't there when I got home and they are offering no reimbursement shouldn't matter how small of an item is missing from the order the order is not complete should have been given some kind of compensation no matter how big or how little of an item it is The fact is the order was not complete I've been in the hood industry for 14 plus years and some kind of compensation should have been offered per management but all I was told is there's nothing we can do about it because I can't get there in 15 minutes before y'all close to get the missing item there's no conversation for that don't agree with this at all

this is nowhere near chipotle level. the rice has zero flavor. the tortilla was a piece of soggy rubber by the time i got home. i’m not even trying to be mean but this place is genuinely on the quality level of arby’s and wendy’s. there’s higher quality food than this at mcdonald’s, respectfully. i only tried this because i’ve never been here and wanted to go to chipotle… never again
