Love Q. My only concern is the chips have changed over the last couple of years. Even asked an employee and she didn't agree. They use to be light, crispy with a hint of lime . They have a few of those mixed in, but for the most part they are the opposite, thick and pretty much tasteless. They had the good ones for Cinco de Mayo! They were soo good!

The man was very rude. Takes my husband's order and then tells me I would have wait. Then when we went to pay for the order, they tried adding someone else's order onto ours. When we kept telling them it wasn't ours, they acted like we were doing something wrong. We will never go back after this experience. Too many other places to go where we aren't rushed thru and treated poorly.

Went in at 8pm last night and they had the bar pulled out for cleaning. The quesos looked old and burnt and the whole bar was pretty gross looking. My favorite part was me and the other guests practically screaming over each other to tell the staff our orders, since they were so far away. I know they need to clean, and they do it early to save on labor. But if the restaurant was more presentable, more people would probably stop in. The staff seemed stressed and irritated.

This restaurant has been in my life since it opened. I would get 3 burritos and ride my bike to and from my destinations. I don't know how many times I have ordered a burrito from this location, but it has to be in the hundreds. This restaurant could be my most visited restaurant on the west side of Rapid City.

It was my first time at a Qdoba, and I have been converted into a new loyal customer!
I never been to this type of place before; I only came after an advertisement on Facebook gave me bad cravings. When I was ordering, all the employees were incredibly kind and gave me excellent suggestions for my burrito. The adobo chicken was so yummy and the restaurant was clean and tidy.
During my visit a couple weeks ago, I was pregnant with my second daughter and due in a few weeks. When I was paying I started feeling intense contractions. The man who was ringing me up noticed something was wrong and when I told him my situation he walked me to my car and made sure I was okay. I didn’t catch his name, but he had long black hair and a beard and I believe he was the manager on duty. Whoever he is, he was truly an angel. Bless him.
