We eat at Qdoba at least twice a month, and the food is always great and the service good. But today the service wasn't very good. They were fairly busy and the employees on the line were working at a snails pace, it was like they were in a freeze frame video.

Placed a pickup order in the app. Showed up to restaurant at the pickup time an my order wasn't ready. Talked to am employee who said no pickup orders had printed, he looked at my email confirmation and said it should print soon and to wait. 30 minutes later they finally wrote down my order from my confirmation and made my order. So 45 after I was supposed to have my food I finally got it. What a joke. Zero stars, do not recommend.

I had a great Qdoba experience most of the Costumer service was great the employees are very friendly and opening and the food was even better. Only problem I had was with the older employee by the tortilla area she blatantly ignored me when I tried to order my food and when taking it she was VERY RUDE and after I sat down to eat my food I seen her talking to herself before she came up to me and started a conversation. As I ate my food she came up to me multiple times and started talking me and herself. I come into the Qdoba frequently and there has never been this problem before she started. This is most definitely gonna change the amount of times I visit Qdoba!!!

We were there at the beginning of the noon hour and there was so much food and some garbage on the floor by the employees, there was food splattered all over the serving station (food falling into other foods), they were at the very end of the queso and beans (pretty much empty) but instead of replacing it they tried to scrape out the very last bit and the cashier was not pleasant at all (we even had to ask for chips to go with our nachos and he seems irritated by this). Cute falls decorations though.
