We decided to try RL again. And it was a poor decision. Went on 3/21/25. Good was horrible for all 4 of us. Price was thru the roof and service has terrible. Example - I had the fish and chips and added crab. Cost 27 bucks. Got literally 7 fries and this soggy skinny piece of friend fish that was horrible and so small. Crab legs were ok but they were also small. I doubt I got .5 lbs. No offer of a birthday dessert either. We used to go to RL all the time. I guess that is over.

I'm not a complainer, but I felt compelled to leave this review. My husband and I went tonight for Valentine's Day. Our server (Caitlin A.)was nice enough, she was under pressure as it was busy, but she remained pleasant. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer, and ended up getting our entrees first. The server had mentioned that she was going to go "yell" at her manager. The mushrooms were dry and looked like they had been in the oven or under a heat lamp for too long. My husband ordered the Surf and Turf with the NY Strip. What he initially got was Surf and Turf with what seemed to be a Sirloin. We pointed out that it was the wrong steak and they immediately made another one. He received the new steak, undercooked, and no hot vegetables. At no point did a manager visit our table. We didn't necessarily want any discounts, etc. But to have our issues acknowledged would have been nice. When paying the bill, I noticed that my husband's order was entered incorrectly. I get it, mistakes happen. But, it's not exactly cheap to eat at Red Lobster. I would add that it had been awhile-probably almost a year-since we have eaten there because of a previous experience, it was just disappointing to have it happen again. The only reason I am leaving this post is because in both instances, a manager never visited our table to inquire about our experience.

We went for a birthday lunch. I’m not a fish eater but they have other foods, I had the Parmesan crusted chicken breast. It was delicious. And a margarita. Everything was excellent

They did not get the order right they don't have good choices for salad dressing anymore. The food was too salty and it was also not plated. Very nice at all. They have really gone downhill. It is such a shame. They don't put their shrimp cocktail in the glasses anymore over ice it's just thrown on a little dish and you're given cocktail sauce. Very disappointing.

Food was alright, I seem to remember it being better. Ordered surf and turf and wife got a platter lobster, crab legs and 2 orders of shrimp scampi. Steak was suppose to be med-rare and was more med-done and lobster was proubly the smallest I've ever had there.
