Very good food, portion sizes and great pricing. Get there early, very popular place with a very small seating area. Expect a 30+minute wait for a table. Overall it is still worth it.
Was here visiting, and found this gem! I stayed only 6 days and ate here two times, both were a fantastic experience. Very welcoming staff and fantastic food. I can’t say enough good things. Lovely people here.

This is our go-to breakfast place now because of how good it is. The waitress is prompt and kind. She welcomes you like you are a dear friend, even if it’s your first visit! The food is reasonably priced and cooked fresh to order. I’ve tried most of the menu over my visits and I haven’t had anything bad. That means a lot because my friends and family would consider me a bit of a foodie.It’s popular with the locals so occasionally you have to wait a little bit. The waitlist is a whiteboard you write your name on and they are very careful to seat you in the order you arrive!Highly recommend!
Ron's is the Place for Food made with Love. I had the Chicken Fried Steak and it was Seasoned Perfectly and was absolutely Delicious, There HOMEMADE GRAVY IS PHENOMENAL and to be Honest the Best I've Had.

It's such a fantastic little Greasy Spoon!Be sure to stop by if you're passing through Rapid City! The line can be long, especially on the weekends, but it's worth the wait. The waitresses are awesome and hustle to get everyone fed.The corned beef hash is one-of-a-kind. When I ordered it, I was expecting a more crunchy, burnt-ends kind of corned beef hash. Yet, to my surprise, it was almost like a pancake made of potatoes, corned beef, and rich, white gravy. It's hard to explain...I'm probably not doing it any justice. ? If you're reading this, please don't think, "a corned beef pancake??" No, no, no...think: thick hashbrown with meat and gravy. There. Hopefully, I've cleared that up ??.Better yet, just try it...it is absolutely delicious and unique!Parking: Small, back lot. Difficult to navigate with large trucks or a camper.

A bit excessive for breakfast, but they have chairs available and a list on a whiteboard to keep track of everyone who comes in. One potential customer decided it wasn't worth the wait and left after 10 minutes. Hopefully one day they can either expand or move into a larger location!
