Everything tasted great. The only thing I didn't like was the potato salad on the salad bar. Some kind of brownish thick dressing on it. I just figured they went heavy on the mustard but it didn't taste anything like mustard. I got the coconut fried shrimp platter. It was very good.

Food was good, especially the salad bar! Service was really slow, our food got there before our drinks were brought to the table. When other people got up and left nobody cleared tables for the whole time we were sitting there. So he had to other people's dirty plates on several tables.

The staff were friendly enough but the food wasn't as good as expected. The blackened fish was very spicy and it didn't agree with my husband who doesn't eat spicy food, also the scallops were overcooked.

Ordered a pick up order at 8:54. Order confirmation email stated pick up ready at 9:09. Arrived and stood at the bar until 9:39 before my food was ready. My appetizers and ribs were good, my wife's shrimp pasta was unimpressive.

My wife ordered medium I ordered medium rare. They bring my New York Strip medium and her sirloin medium rare. We have an appointment after eating so they make us a new steak to go. The sloppiest fatty New York Strip I’ve ever seen and still charged us $81 for both of us to eat. Horrible that the chef can’t even get a steak right at a StEAKHOUSE! They’ve lost my business for life and I’m a local not a tourist.

Love Ruby Tuesdays but this location is either hit or miss. Service can be quick and amazing... or slow and unreliable. Doesn't seem to matter the amount of guests in the restaurant. Same with the food... can be top notch or no where near what was ordered. We tend to go about every 3-4 months, so it hasn't been bad enough to keep us completely away but not good enough to have us go on a more regular basis.
