It is a pretty average place to eat. Service is up and down. The food is ok, but my order is almost always messed up. Getting refills on water and soda is probably not going to happen. The salad bar is clean and fresh, but beyond that, it is just pretty average.

This visit was absolutely terrible. I ordered BBQ from Oak Burn BBQ, which I saw online. I had no idea it was actually a little trailer parked behind Ruby Tuesday or I would not have ordered it. The moment I entered I was ignored for more than 10 minutes. I finally had to wave someone down to figure out what is going on with my order. Rude. I continued to wait another 10 minutes, mind you, I left home 20 minutes after I placed my order. Once I finally received it, I took my food home, it was the worst BBQ, the brisket was a big piece of fat with a little meat on it and the baby back ribs were 90% bone. The sauce was terrible. This was a terrible experience. I would not go to Oak Burn BBQ, I would steer clear of Ruby Tuesday as well!

Friendly and fast service from Jennifer (server). had loaded potato skins, which were good, and burger and fries, which were OK. Not a lot of flavor, but you did, at least, know what they were. The fries and the burger were non-descript. Can you tell if they were from a mass-produced Factory.

Last time we ate here, service had slid down the hill a bit. No one at the greeting island, seemed more were busy watching the game in the bar. Then when finally seated, they never brought silverware so had to find some on our own. The salmon didn't have a glaze as shown in the picture on the menu and the waitress seemed more in a hurry to get us out the door. Meal didn't equal cost.

Food was awful. Hire somone who knows how to cook and create a decent menu. When I make my autistic child buttered noodles, it tastes better then their shrimp scampi. Wait staff was great, very kind.

I made a huge mistake picking this restaurant for a family get together. Only one order out of five was good and was worried that I would get food poisoning from the salad bar - the broccoli salad was rotten. Explaining the situation to the server she said why would you choose the broccoli salad? Like it was my fault for choosing to put it on my plate. Then another employee came over to ask about the bad food served to us they just walked away. Never once was offered to remake the food or any compensation. We left 3 full plates of gross food at the table and will never be back.

Used to like this place, now I won't do any business here at all because too much time of mine has been wasted. Either learn how to get delivery orders ready ON TIME or please GET OFF THE PLATFORMS. You hurt drivers ratings and we're all out to make money not sit around.
Went here with my family and after we sat down we waited 20 mins before our drink order was taken, didn’t get our drinks until 20mins later and when our food finally came out almost a Hour later it was not worth the wait and the potatoe skins was rock hard. Was not impressed with this place and I will not be back.

Horrible night taking my parents to my favorite restaurant! We ordered 2 New York strips, and 2 T-bone steaks. All 4 were tough and grisly, 2 were over cooked, 2 under cooked. Waitress was grossly inattentive, not sure if she was new, or having a very off night. It was bad to the point that most of the party left and I continued to wait to pay (at this point) all three tabs. Not your best foot forward tonight!

Rather pricey, the waitress not very "service friendly", food was average, the medium rare steak that was ordered was overcooked. The only thing worth bragging about was the stuffed mushrooms, they were delicious! Place was clean, salad bar looked very appetizing.

Well seeing how we were the first people there, and waited over an hour after ordering (everybody else there who showed up after us had gotten food) and had a meeting to get to. We ended up leaving without anything. Wait staff did not know the "Tuesday specials".
