They have a sign when you walk in that says, "per state/local orders you are required to wear a mask." This is a total lie! There is no state or local order. Not happy with a company that lies!!

My nursing leader called Sam's Club in Rapid City SD after being told of an internet posting stating the store had special hours for healthcare workers. She called to verify and the call was answered by an extremely rude worker who berated her for calling after hours. There's really nothing at Sam's worth dealing with people like that.

Poor customer service, NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. Joyce on till #8. If there is a certain way to shop at this place, buy things or place things on belt to be purchased that should be spelt out. There seems to be enough employees standing around they can be explaining to customers what cashiers demands are about checking out. I have been to this place many times and have always placed all my groceries in the belt. This time apparently my groceries were supposed to be left on cart
My husband and I went in at noon last week to shop and eat and the "cafe court" was out of food! No pizzas made, no salads made, no hot dogs, polish dogs were frozen and not for sale for over 15 minutes. It's an on going problem and maybe Sams should just do away with it. We had waited in line for over 10 minutes and the guy at the till laughed in our faces. I went to complain about no food and NO management was in the building. I could hear the reply on the radio. We left without shopping and I called corporate to complain and received an incident number and a market DM was to call me. Sure, it's been over a week and no call. I'm thinking Costco needs to build in Rapid City! So many people would leave Sams to join them. I would. I've had a local membership since 02/96 (before they opened ) and I think it's time not to renew.
