Sasuke Ramen House absolutely nailed the flavor. The broth was rich, bold, and perfectly spicy without overpowering the fresh vegetables. You can tell it’s layered and thoughtfully made — not just “spicy,” but deep and savory with real balance.

After a bad ramen experience, this place was much better. We were greeted and seated promptly without disrespect.
We both ordered spicy Tonkotsu and Takoyaki which were delicious. The food is a little expensive for the amount that is received, and the waiters are a bit slow to check on you, but the quality of the food and the atmosphere of the restaurant is great.

The only thing stopping me from giving it a full five stars is the ramen. Nothing wrong with it actually but I’ve been to Japan a few years and it’s always the broth that never meets the expectation I used to have in japan.
Totally understandable due to what may be avaiable and such here stateside.
