Usually the orders are spot on but unfortunately that wasn’t the case for my latest order. I ordered a maple caramelicous latte to go. I thought it tasted pretty weak but was already on my way. I took the lid off as soon as I got home and it was only milk with a hint of a maple syrup flavor. I guess they forgot to put the espresso in there

The menu is great, but you NEED to train your staff to stop asking for tips. It’s very disrespectful and makes us not want to come back. They even ask at the drive through window- how ridiculous.

Was treated rudely today and I go to this one frequently asked her to scan my app and she gave me attitude young lady blonde hair then I made the remark that I'll just go to the one on Saint Patrick even though it's out of my way sad situation this one is closer to my home
