I have had a few recent upset stomach experiences at this Eglin location which prompted me to write a review. While I have had some positive experiences here in the past, recently I’ve had some negative experiences with their products.
Upset Stomach Issues: For some reason I have had upset stomach issues recently here on two different occasions. I ordered my usual items which included a latte and a dessert on separate occasions and both times I had some stomach issues which caused me sleep deprivation later on those evenings. I don’t know why but all I can do is speculate.
Taste Inconsistencies: Sometimes my favorite latte tastes different than usual. For example, my usual latte I often order tastes like it has no flavoring in it and basically just coffee and milk. I have had this happen to me several times which is disappointing.
Drive Thru Customer Service: Sometimes the customer service at the drive thru is less than stellar. I have had very few negative customer service experiences at the drive thru where you can tell by the tone of their voice that they are less than enthused. There have been some occasions where It seems like the person at the other end seems like they prefer no customers. However, when I arrive at the window the customer service seems average and okay.
As a result of my experiences I have decided not to come back to this location anymore, especially due to the upset stomach issues that I experienced here which affected my sleep on those occasions.

Friendly staff who seem to genuinely care when things go wrong. Never had a truly "bad" experience here! Only negative is the unmarked bump since the re-paving, though they do try to put employee vehicles to avoid people hitting it.
Parking: No parking. It is a drive-through only location. I do wish they would mark the awkard curb on the entrance.

This store was amazing! We took our whole volleyball program there, and everyone did amazing. We managed to get over 30 athletes through their store, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer! They provided top-notch service with a smile. I can’t wait to go back!

What is it about barestas that just seem to have the worst adittudes in the service industry? I looked up the hours to see when they'd be open. The listing said 5:30am. What the listing did not say is that lobby is closed until 6am and only drive through is available at 5:30am. We'll I'm on my motorcycle and I'm getting it to go. So I decided I had to go though the drive through. The drive though window looks directly at the drive though menu. I saw the lady look at me, then walk back in and nothing. So I ride up to the window, rev my throttle to get her attention. She comes to window rolling her eyes and saying the thing doesn't register motorcycles. She kept giving me attitude and after the hours thing I decided to give up on scooters. So I won't be coming back.
