Brianna was amazing tonight!! Our flight was supposed to take off at 850 pm but got delayed due to weather. She was very accommodating and kept us entertained with her interaction with us and other customers. All airport bars need this type of customer service. Keep up the good work!!!!

Our Allegiant flight was canceled and rebooked on United. We have been here many hours ate and drank. Brianna was awesome, kept us very entertained and in good spirits during this difficult day. Not happy with the airlines but our service waiting was awesome!! Thank you Brianna ?

We got stuck in Rapid City this past weekend when our flight out was delayed for around 8 hours unexpectedly. Brianna on the bar was amazing, staying hours past when her shift was supposed to end so we had a place to pass the time. At times the bar was completely slammed and she dealt with it with such grace, keeping a positive attitude the whole time. And Amanda in the kitchen actually came back after clocking out to feed us and pitch in at the bar as well! It was a long day...
