“This location is pretty hit or miss. I typically order through the app, wait about 20 mins past the “expected” time that the app gives, push the button, they say they are only doing drive thru right now, pull up to the drive thru and tell them the stall number & it’s not really a big deal HOWEVER I wish they would just turn the app off when they can’t properly fulfill those orders as I have seen the app say they’re currently not accepting mobile orders at this time before. Not a big deal just inconvenient & I only ever order this way when I’m not in a hurry. Our last visit I decided to just order there in a stall, overall pretty smooth until the food came out. It was definitely someone else’s order. But the manager came out and fixed the situation very quickly and in a friendly manner, she was great! So im sure I will return to this location as I was very pleased with the managers response to an issue!“
“Food can be inconsistent at this location but is good overall. Service is generally good although I had a carhop give me a nasty look in the lot before and the card machine usually doesn’t work on the stalls. They need an outdoor trash can.“
