This has to be the worst Sonic in the tri-state area. During business hours, they refuse to make any orders while receiving truck citing "Technical difficulties." This has happened on more than one occasion. The food is always sub-par - old, cold, or over cooked. That older female manager has got to be the worst person to deal with. Extremely Rude for no reason, shorted me on my order, and had the audacity to give ME an attitude when I asked for her to give me the full cup of the shake I ordered when she tried to give it to me 3/4 full. I paid $6, I want my moneys worth, apparently that's too much to ask for. She acted like I was a huge inconvenience just for ordering. AVOID THIS PLACE!

The service was horrible, they messed up the whole order, was so negative and mean when we try to fix the order at the window, they had no respect and were awful and it took a very long time, save the trip and do not go here

We wanted to stop at Sonic to have a quick lunch while driving by. There were a few vehicles in the parking lot so we swung in. Unloaded the kids and walked up to the door and their lobby was closed, drive through only. Loaded back up, left and went down the road to Culver’s and ate. Some of those things are out of their control but frustrating on the customer side.

Gone way downhill severely overpriced for the meals we got ?
I attempted to use the stall, but it didn’t work. I went to the drive-thru line and had to wait before anyone came on the speaker. I had to repeat my order several times. Ten minutes later, I finally got my burger and it was wrong. Round 2: they remade it in record time. Still wrong! Round 3: I asked for the pickles they left off and the voice in the speaker argued with me! Finally got the damn pickles and left. I won’t be back!

Went through June 21st at approximately 8:30. No one came to the speaker at drive through so I went to window thinking there would be someone there to assist and nothing. Lights on and according to hours listed business was to be open.

I love Sonic, but the Westside location has terrible service. Accuracy of orders is spotty. Closed at 8 PM on a Friday night in June?!! All the lights are on. Cars in 5 stalls and drive thru. Finally a worker came out and stopped at every car to tell us they are closed. : (
