We once had ice cream that had a chemical in it from not improper cleaning techniques of the machine. Now every visit I feel like I taste it. I guess it was pretty traumatic. They made it right by giving us replacements another day. Can’t attest to food.

We visited this Sonic on vacation one late evening. They got our order right and the food was hot.

We ordered sonic through DoorDash. I ordered the chicken strips which were thinner than a piece of paper. My child’s corn dog was more breading than hot dog. Our ice cream order came in wrong and your ranch tastes like it’s been sitting in a garbage bin for a week. This is the worst fast food I’ve had to date which is saying a lot since the expectations were already pretty low

If I could give this negative stars, I would. On 9/4/23, we went through drivethru. Getting a kids' meal, a number 3, and a bacon burger. We sat there for at least 15 minutes. The problem wasn't the wait time. It was the food was wrong and ice cold by the time to eat. We only live 8 mins away. My burger didn't have bacon on it. My mom told them no ketchup. She is allergic to tomatoes so she couldn't eat her burger and her cheese melted into the bread. (Not the good type of melted). My daughters chicken strips were ice cold. They should have never given our food like that. I would have waited for my food. That was about 30.80 to be right. I've worked in fast food where there was just me and someone else. Running around like a headless chicken. But I still made sure the food was fresh and right. It's not like I'll get a refund. Don't come to this Sonic.
