Angel at this location is AN ACTUAL ANGEL. We flew into Rapid City from Denver, Colorado on the 20th to film a documentary for Tanka Fund and one of our primary interviews was scheduled to take place today in the grand lobby of the Alex Johnson Hotel. There was a music feed that was interfering with our audio equipment and Angel handled it like a pro. She was quickly and thoroughly able to help us and she did so while simultaneously fulfilling her responsibilities as a barista. We seriously could not have done this important project without her and we are beyond thankful for her diligence. FIVE STARS FOR ANGEL.

One of the worst Starbucks locations I've been a customer at. Ashley should change her name to Karen, she's extremely judgemental, rude, and critical, when addressing customers. I've stopped coming here as a result, I suggest going down the road 4th st. to Harriet & Oak.
