Angel at this location is AN ACTUAL ANGEL. We flew into Rapid City from Denver, Colorado on the 20th to film a documentary for Tanka Fund and one of our primary interviews was scheduled to take place today in the grand lobby of the Alex Johnson Hotel. There was a music feed that was interfering with our audio equipment and Angel handled it like a pro. She was quickly and thoroughly able to help us and she did so while simultaneously fulfilling her responsibilities as a barista....
Well, first it’s Starbucks. Consistency in quality coffee is important. Very clean. Well maintained. Knowledgeable baristas. Great seating. Perfect location, next to/in our hotel. A very easy and satisfying experience. I would definitely recommend Starbucks.
Ordered a Small Hot chocolate, a Grande Vanilla Bean Creme Frappucino and one chocolate cake pop. Received the drinks but no cake pop, even after the Barista checked to make sure they still had them in stock.
