Frequently out of food items and it generally feels like the employees have their hands tied in terms of helping. They're nice, but management and corporate sucks the souls out of them, bringing down the vibe.
Parking: Shared parking lot with a number of businesses in the area. A few dedicated spots, but the parking lot is tricky to navigate at best.

Did a mobile order- picked it up & the people inside were so rude! First they were doing drive thru orders instead of the mobile orders. Then they made green tea instead of black tea- when I told the barista (who was not wearing her Starbucks apron or name tag) she grabbed the two cups & tossed the drinks down the drain then said well now you will have to wait because I need to make more tea- I am very disappointed with the service as I come here every time I am in town. First time I have had such horrible service & my teas were not the best either. Sad face!

I ordered my drink and it took them a little to long to make it and then they didnât even let me know that my drink was ready so I just stood there waiting for no reason⌠besides the atmosphere was cold and uncomfortable probably wonât come back.! And the drink wasnât that good anyway.
The place is very dirty, if you want to have breakfast or have a coffee outside, bring your own cleaning cloth, in general the outside looks depressing.

3* solely because it was the 5th Starbucks in Rapid City we looked for to find the "Been There" South Dakota mug and they were the only store to have it.
The drink we got wasn't great. The lid smelled like something sweet from another recipe had been spilt on it.
