In the current times, it’s really hard for me to find somewhere that consistently treats me like a human being. Coming to this Starbucks is literally the best part of my day because they really do treat you like a person every single time. I will drive here from across town because they are so amazingly kind and thoughtful and I hope that they get treated the same in return.❤️

Such poor service. Every time I go the same rude blonde girl is working. Never seen her be any sort of kind. She’d rather sit there and talk about personal drama than do her job with a smile. I purposefully avoid this starbucks because of her.

First time ordering this cold brew and I think they forgot the actual coffee. Or maybe my expectations were based on the advertised photo… the drink was so sweet I had to throw it away. Pretty disappointed. Pic of what I ordered vs what I got.

I stopped at this location while traveling and in fact, planned my hotel departure to get coffee on my way out of town. Opening time was 5:00 am. I arrived at 5:15 am and went to the drive-up. It was not lit up and nobody took my order. I drove up to the window -- the people inside ignored me. I checked the opening time again -- 5:00 am. I went back through the drive up and tried to order using the speaker -- nada again. At 5:20 I got the bright idea to use the app and ordered, and then I drove up to the window. I was still ignored but I could see that the store was turning on their lights -- that seemed hopeful. After a few minutes a young woman opened the window and I told her my name and that I had ordered on the app. She then proceeded to inform me that I should have stopped at the drive-thru speaker to let them know I had ordered on the app. I kid you not. Scolded like some Starbucks rookie by someone who had been ignoring me and had not opened their store on time. I told her I had been through twice with no response. I also confirmed that their store opening time was 5:00 am -- by this time it was 5:25. No apology. Just attitude. Definitely a Starbucks fail.

This place is a disaster. Drinks don’t seem to come out in any kind of order. The six people behind me for their drinks before I did. Girl on cashier was nice, everyone else gave me the impression they rather be at the dentist getting a filling than be here.

*Update*. Couldn’t figure out how to put a shot in my drink like I ordered or refund me when they couldn’t make my drink. Paid fir my drink and walked out empty handed.
