Stopped by for two drinks. At the window, was asked for a tip before receiving anything, which always feels a bit awkward — especially in a drive-thru setting where tipping isn’t typically (or shouldn’t be) expected.
Shortly after, one of the drinks was spilled — unfortunately, all over my spouse. Thankfully, it was iced coffee and not hot.
The replacement drink was noticeably off — it looked more like creamer with just a splash of coffee. The hot grande latte also had a visible gap between the drink and the top of the cup, making it feel short of a full pour.
This situation isn’t typical when we do go here, but some things could have been handled differently. This visit missed the mark in both service and drink quality.
