Really wish this location would get it together instead of making me wait 20 mins for every single DoorDash order I pick up from you. You guys making money off the platform the same way you are from in store and drive thru orders.

Today was not the best experience I've had with this Starbucks on 1734 Eglin St. 😕 they didn't have proper change. I thought I would be kind and take the rolls of coins. But I immediately regretted it cause the service was rude about the cake pops I ordered 😒 they did not give me the cake pops. She believed she did and said i set them right here and pointed to the counter. I said no, I didn't get my cake pops. But she continued to say it's okay, you can have 2 more. Like, really? I'm an honest person, I have no reason to steal freaking cake pops nor lie about it. On top of all that, they shorted me $$ cause they didn't have proper change. I'll pray for them.

I normally love this location but the last couple times I've been there my iced carm machiato has tasted like 95% milk and had hardly any coffee or carmel flavor.... super disappointing :(

The ladies at this Starbucks were absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable, recommended some creative ideas with the drinks! They definitely get a 5 star on their service! Rease was great and the gal that made my drink, took her time and the drink tasted delicious! And I’m a person who doesn’t step out of her comfort zone much at Starbucks! So thank you ladies for the stellar service today!
