One star for poor ownership and management. They obviously pay poorly and/or have bad training and working conditions.

Kiosk has been down for weeks. waited in line with two cars ahead of me for 10 minutes before one car moved -finally just drove off. I don’t know how the owner expects the person building sandwiches to remember everything or for the customers to remember everything that was on the board when they their order. They need to fix the kiosk ASAP if they want to stay in business!

What happened to Subway in this town? The employees barely acknowledge you. They will completely ignore you and awkwardly make online orders silently.

If you order online, get ready for a ride. The bread was wrong. My toasted sandwich was cold, even though I picked it up right after they finished making it. The amount of onions they put on this thing could kill a horse.

I swear every employee was stoned out of their minds. No wonder this place was empty at noon. Go literally anywhere else.

How is it that I use a $3.99 coupon for a $6.99 club with a small drink and still pay $6 and change? I will never go to Subway on St Pat again .

I didn’t actually eat anything from here, just came for a drink. There was the bitchiest doordasher I’ve ever came across absolutely berating the ONLY employee working. It was only her 3rd day, there is no reason she should’ve been alone especially on a weekend. Having worked fast food this cashier/employee (hell she was doing it all), absolutely needed help and that wasn’t provided to her. Props to her for being fantastic and staying calm and handling the woman who was extremely upset.

I don't understand why Subway has sandwiches you can choose from if they aren't going to go actually put what is on it? I ordered delivery for 2 meatball sandwiches which they were out of. So I changed it to two spicy Italians and told them the extra toppings I wanted. What I received practically had 0 meat on it and was just the toppings I added! How are you not at least putting the meats listed for the sandwich onto it! Im not sure how shocking it would be that somebody wouldn't want a honey mustard and yellow pepper sandwich. Common sense, people!

My wife and I ordered on line. Picked up but didn’t check it till home. Cold sandwich hardly anything on it. Pissed. Nobody will respond to my complaint. Stay away

There was a worker with ginger hair, who violated health code, he was scratching his head and picked his nose while serving food, we both left after we saw it

Subway has gone downhill!
The last two times I was in there, I had to ask them to go and get new lettuce. It was brown and gross. Really, you can't see that! Serving that to customers!
This last time, I just didn't put any on.
Two girls in there and slow!

My "toasted" sandwiches were cold, they had no sauce on them. My chicken teriyaki sandwich was cold chicken with no teriyaki sauce. The meatball sandwich was cold.
It took forever going through the drive thru and they seemed very disengaged with customers.

The worst subway experience ever.

Just sat at the drive thru for 15 minutes after ordering from the screen, and Nobody ever came to the window. One employee walked by the window, looked over and kept walking. While driving away I looked into the lobby and not a single customer was inside. Waste of time.

It’s been a long while since I have been to a subway, and I don’t normally write reviews for fast food but the service here was exceptional. The lady who helped me was named Genny, and she deserves a raise. She was so kind, helpful and personable, I felt like she had been a friend for years. She went over the menu with me and even asked me specifically if I wanted the entire sandwich toasted or just the bacon, which was a really nice choice to have. The service here, at least with Genny, was impeccable. If I come back to a subway in rapid city, it will definitely be this one!

Service was very slow as the two young people working had several online orders as well as in store customers. The sandwiches (Philly and Elite Chicken Bacon Ranch) were very good! My only suggestion to the employees is put a smile on your face and greet customers as they come in, quickly say you'll help them shortly. No greeting or acknowledgement, I witnessed several people walk out. That's not good for business.
