I ordered a 6 inch tuna with double the tuna, cheese and lettuce. Didn't get double ANYTHING. And I was charged for it!!! They messed up my order from yesterday by not toasting my bread!!! DONE WITH THIS SUBWAY!!!!

Vance who's "been working here for over a year" said that they don't do the add 3$ make it a footlong meal of the day and that they never did. It's advertised on the menu, I've gotten it before from the location. On the subway app, why does it say I could buy the sub of the day footling there for pick up if the employee clearly said that "they've never did that.

The sandwiches aren’t necessarily bad and the employees are great but I’m sick of the incredibly meager amount of toppings on the sandwiches. For the price, the sandwiches should be less than 2/3 bread.

Subway is Subway. But, the employees actually make the difference, here. Very friendly and personable. Actually interested in doing a good job. The young guy is the same, because the older guy is providing the example. Well done guys, and also to the owner for hiring and keeping great staff.

I worked at this location for 2 days.I was trained at another store but everything at this store is done differently. The manager is rude and belittled me in front of customers! After the 3rd customer noticed how I was being treated, she spoke up! The place is understaffed & filthy dorty! Wouldn't eat here ever AGAIN!!

I just called to order a couple subs because the order on line didn't work, and was told they had 3 people in line and then they hung up on me. Who runs a business like that?
08-02-2024 This Subway was disorganized, not prepared, and served day old bread and the lettuce was not fresh. They were out of all bread except for wheat and white so I chose wheat. It was hard and clearly old bread. I worked for Subway for 6 years throughout high school and the first year of college and the owners I worked for would never allow this type of service or product to be served.

This subway was dirty. The food was empty or nearly empty.The two teenage boys were too busy playing on their cell phones to be bothered. The new cover over the food is just a cover so that they don't have to clean and stock. We go to subway all over the country. This was one of the worst.

This particular Subway is located on Mt. Rushmore in Rapid City SD. The rudeness and "Oh, my god, I have to work" attitude was noticed as we walked in. No one else was there, and how dare we interrupt their cell phone time. Do not bother stopping into this particular store.
Parking: Limited/shared parking with another business.
Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair access at all and inside to crowded for handicap. Non ADA compliant all the way around.

The store was getting ready to close and we decided to get sandwiches for the next day. The employees were so gracious and kept helping customers that were walking in behind us without complaint.
