This is by far the worse subway we ever went to, one star is way to good for them. After church Sunday my husband and I went to this subway to get sandwiches and churros. when I told the girl what sandwiche I wanted I asked to have honey Mustard put on the bread before anything else and she told me she would put the meat on first, then she proceeded to shove my sandwich over for this guy (who was messing around with his stuff) to put my veggies on. After he was finally done I asked for 2 churros and proceeded to say "if I have any that are not frozen ". Sorry but I thought those should be ready to go. And both of them had very ba attuide's. My Bread was cold and hard, obviously not fresh, my husband's was the same way. We will never ever go back to this subway. If you want fresh food don't go to this place.

Food was okay for a subway. They were out of bunch of topings and staff was rude. We spilled a drink and the workers pretended like they didn't see it happen and didn't even offer to help us clean up the mess.

Running behind on my day. 8:50pm, swing by Subway to get dinner before heading home. Business hours open until 9pm according to sign by the door and verified on Google four days ago. Pull into the parking lot and lights inside are mostly turned off. Try to go into business, door locked. Check time, 8:55pm. Sandwich artist sees me at the door and ignores me. What's the point of business hours if you don't follow them? Adjust your business hours to close earlier than 9 if you're not going to allow business until 9pm.

I had avoided Subway for a few months- it seemed like the employees were not well trained and sandwiched were sloppily made. A few weeks ago I decided to give it another try and am glad I did! I have been back on 3 separate occasions now and have been happy with the customer service and food! I hope these standards continue!

I sent my boyfriend to get a great garlic and I texted him specifically what I wanted. To my surprise he showed up with a roast beef sandwich, the great garlic is chicken and bacon. I figured they were new and called to rectify my hunger. The girl who answered the phone said she would get the manager and put the phone down. I heard her telling the manager and she said I bet is that girl that just left god. She came back in the phone and snobbishly said she would be with me in one minute and asked if I was Stacey by chance. I said I was not. When she eventually came back to the phone I just said I had my spouse come get a great garlic and it was roast beef. She argued with me that it was roast beef and I said not it’s chicken and bacon, it’s the only sandwich I get there and if you look on the menu it never been roast beef. Then she said she would be happy to remake it if I have the receipt which they “have” to put on the bag but if I don’t have it then she can’t. She repeated this three times with a foul attitude. I literally had to interrupt her and ask if I could speak. I have never talked to a manager so incompetent and disrespectful in my life. She should not be in a management position at all. She tried to make excuses saying they were busy and had catering orders and I just asked if being busy was the reason they don’t know their own menu? Subway was one of my favorites to get on my lunch but I definitely won’t be returning to this one anytime soon. We’re human, mistakes happen, but the way this was handled is just too much for me to want to ever have to deal with again. I hope they get rid of her and straighten up that place, what a shame.

Showed up at Subway at 8:42 from across town, door was locked, one female mopping, one checking temps, and door was locked. I said but it's not even 9p yet. The old lady mopping said but our manager told us to go ahead and close. VERY DISAPPOINTING TPO DRIVE ACROSS TOWN FOR HEALTHY FOOD, AND THEY ARE CLOSING EARLY. Will make sure never visit this Subway again. Not even professional enough to say I'm sorry we're closed.

Subway has fallen to shambles the past few years. The food is average at best, the customer service here was terrible, and the place was dirty. My veggies were thrown onto my wrap, and the wrap itself was just hastily rolled up and stuffed into a bag. The two ladies working were not very nice at all. I think I'm officially giving up on Subway.
