Had one employee, lobby full of people, store is gross service was hella slow. Ordered two subs online and took over 20 minutes

I was a employee, and me and my fiance were using the bathroom and we discovered a rolled up 20$ bill in the bathroom. Then the other employees knocked nervously asking if their 20$ bill was there we obliviously gave it back and someone messed with our belongings so I left. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The manager said I dealt with it eternally. Which is really suspicious to me. Drug usage at work is never acceptable. I feel discriminated and there's illegal drug use going on at that store
We stopped in while on vacation 6/17/24 and it was just one person working over the lunch hour. He handled it very well with being to only one here. He made the experience interesting by being comical all the while being stressed out. Kudos to the man that was our sandwhich artist.

This place is CONSTANTLY understaffed. You go in on a weekend afternoon (what should be their busiest hours) and they have one poor guy working the counter, mobile orders and drive through with a line of people to the door. All the employees have been great to deal with, but severely understaffed. I did see a women who I assume was the franchise owner or corporate that was sitting at a table while their only team member was swamped with orders and they didn’t even look up to see if they needed help. Lack of leadership.

Ordered on line for pickup and waited 30 minutes. Never again
Horrid. Waited 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Only 3 people in the darn place. And then the person at the register didn't know how to ring up 2 combo meals and didn't know how to ask for help. Just wow. 16.00 per sub sandwich and i see no good reason. Refuse to eat any Subway again. 😂
For consideration: Applebee's has 2 for 25.00. Hot food and attention to service. Why would I pay subway 30.00 for 2 SANDEICHES?! 🤣
Don’t ever go to subway on east north street they r so slow especially one worker and have a hard time hearing on what u want to and doesn’t tell u the amount of ur order and he’s very slow

Very crappy service. Everyone you asked them something they were snappy as hell. Like it’s not our fault that you guys don’t have enough customers.
Ordered double meat and got the lightest sandwich ever from a subway. Went back and they said they put 8 total scoops and then smush it down. I call bull shit. I won't be patronizing this store again. You pay for extra and they rip you off.

Six made me the ABSOLUTE BEST sandwich I have ever had. She read the order notes and made my online order better than I could of had it by going in. She was pleasent and cared about my order satisfaction and it showed. Thank you so much Six, your the best!!

If you order online, give them an extra 10-15 minutes beyond the pickup time, even outside the lunch rush. Don't expect it to be made correctly either. Aside from that, you can count on them to have bad attitudes and not care.

This is about Your employee named Esther on east north subway this morning I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The employee who served me was extremely rude and snappy. She seemed completely uninterested in being helpful, and her attitude made the entire experience uncomfortable. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect, but instead, I was met with poor customer service. It’s clear that the staff member needs to work on her attitude, as it was evident she wasn’t enjoying her job. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and hires employees who are more friendly and professional. I won’t be returning unless I see improvements in customer service.

I ordered online and had requested specifically to have no sauces added. When I walked in they were making my sandwich and had added a lot of sauce. I said i’m so sorry but i asked for no sauce and the employee seemed agitated. Instead of remaking my sandwich they took a napkin and wiped the sauce off of the sandwich. leaving sauce on it still.

Hands down worst subway in town lol not even kidding. This place is horrendous. Consistently made wrong or entirely different sandwiches given to you. Gloves never being changed, people in the back while 1 person does everything etc everything you think of in a bad restaurant this has it. No real structure or flow no one seems to really care or have an idea how to keep things moving. I'm not sure if a manager exists, it may be the older lady I occasionally see but I'm guessing it was a quick money grab for the new owner to invest in a fast casual chain. Easy money pushing out poor products because they know they'll still get business regardless. I've heard for yearssss questionable things about the subways in town and the owners basically slum lords of the fast casual industry and this location is no different
