The absolute worst customer service ever!!!!!! No management system or anything. The employees are very rude and take a very very long time. Someone ran inside in the middle of making our sandwich and then came back after 10 minutes making all of our sandwiches cold. They were all messy. it’s just the worst subway I’ve ever seen nothing against Subway. We love Subway, but this place is just managed terribly and the employees are just the worst people ever.
The employees were great especially Esther but the fly was messing with them. The letter was brown but tasted good. Shea never attended the drive through. Bru it was good because I got plenty of food on my sandwich. The atmosphere was good because I good breathe good experience though because of Esther.

Don’t go here unless you have 30 minutes to waste. Two people working the lunch hour, when I walked in one of them ran to the back. Only one other person in front of me in line and they ordered and the worker put his gloves on then walked to the back. After ten minutes of nothing happening I decided me as a customer wasn’t worth their time so I left. I have had so many bad experiences here. Whoever the manager is here needs to be let go

They dropped the knifes that split the sandwich on the ground and did not change gloves 🧤 proceeded to keep putting toppings on sandwiches
I think they just pretended to put the knife in the sink but actually just came back and used it.
Unsanitary at this location on a Wednesday around 2-3pm

First off in no way is this against the employee…this is for whoever the manager or owner running this place. This guy advised he was scheduled by himself…at noon on a Sunday to work this subway. When I came in he had 3 online orders backed up and 3 families waiting. Over a hour to get an order. Whoever the owner or manager who did this to this poor guy should quit immediately or be fired. If you can’t find help then close till you can.

How do you mess up an order when I was the only customer there for an online pick up. The guy there seemed like he was a pity hire and needs bigger glasses.

Literally got food poisoning from this place... I should have known the moment i took my first bite of my sandwich, it tasted weird. Do not get ANYTHING from here..

While our sandwich tasted ok, we decided to pass on the shredded lettuce as it had turned pink, every flavor of the fountain machine was out of order, we were able to get 2 bottles from the cooler, but we were very limited to flavors as it looked like it hadn't been stocked in an week? The music was so loud inside we were better off driving away and eating in our car, very disappointed. The kid working apologized, the manager needs to be here once in a while to order their Pepsi products and maybe change out the lettuce!

Whoever manages this store and left Shea alone should be fired. This poor kid was obviously new and didn't know everything. It took 25 minutes to get a 6 inch and 2 nachos. Horrible management.

had the absolute worst time in this subway, despite being the only customer in the building, it took me 17 minutes to get my order started. When we began, he repeatedly interrupted my order to chat with fellow employees. The bread was overcooked before, and he didn't know how to put vegetables in the sandwich. He gave me like 3 shreds of lettuce. When he was cutting up my sandwich he wrapped his hand around it, wiping most of the sauce off. It was only an $11 sandwich but i feel ashamed I gave this store any of my money to begin with. DO NOT GO HERE

Staff cross contaminate food handle bloody beef and then chicken and not changing gloves. Service could be compared to the coming of Christ, and I swear Christ coming first. I don't think the staff likes people of color, the looks on their faces say it all

Who manages this place? You shouldn't be..... You left an employee ALONE to manage the whole store by herself on her 3rd day. When 3 of us waited 30 minutes for our online order (PAST THE MARKED AS READY ONLINE) and then had to just get in line because she couldn't keep up, we have a problem... Then, she had no phone number to even call someone. The person supposed to arrive at 5 never showed. You should be ashamed and certainly not a manager.
Update: I had to explain to the employee how to make my salads, because she has NO IDEA. Then I had to carry my salads out without lids because she didn't know where there were. Hardly seems like someone ready to be left alone.
