Server was rude when I couldn't hear her over the music. Food was below the standard subway has come to show, and most of the vegetables were visibly browning in the case.

Have tried on numerous occasions now to contact the manager to get a refund for an order that was made through their website and never received. It shows the order as canceled in my email, as it was canceled by the crew member working at the store. The manager wasn't present to give me refund. We have gone in 2 times and attempted to call their store over 8. I had to dispute my charges, and who knows if that'll work. What a freaking joke.

Ordered a sub with 50% more meat. What a joke. Save your money. More like they take 50% of the meat off and charge you more. Becauful. They either don't care or don't listen to your order. Very sad.

Went in to get my son and I food and when it came time for the toppings the lady got an attitude when I switched up my toppings. Usually they ask “what would you like on it” not list everything and try to out everything on there. lol. Management needs to evaluate their workers because I will not be going back there again. Rude ass employees.

What awesome service, I forgot my wallet so i called the store. She called back and took my order over the phone.I was able to pick up my order just before closing.. She was kind .. sorry for coming in a little late before closing but you treated us amazingly.

Ordered online and went inside when it said it was ready and they hadnt even started it. So i wait another 15 minutes and go back in there after they were supposedly “starting it right now” and they again 30 mins after i have ordered my food have still not started my food terrible service will not be returning
