Fantastic little place! Not a lot of seating, so you need to make sure to get there before the rush hour at 5:30-6ish, esp if you have a group bigger than four.I’m in love with the crab rangoons and the rice bowls. The Teriyaki Chicken is my favorite and is large enough to give me two meals (reheats great!).Dietary restrictions: Really your only option here if you are a celiac is the raw fish. They had spring rolls at one point but have since been taken off the menu.

This place was very clean, and I love the cat pictures in the restaurant ??Parking: The road was very crowded, and it is very hard to get in and out of the parking lot.

I think Sumo Japanese Kitchen has evolved into the best place in Rapid City for sushi currently. I've been going here several times in the past few months because it's my friend's favorite restaurant. I must say, the food is tasty, the service is friendly, the atmosphere is nice, relaxing, with Japanese pop culture twists. If you want sushi, try this place! Always very fresh tasting which is highly important with this cuisine.Parking: Plenty of space on street in front of restaurant in an area where the traffic is not compacted so it's good, not like downtown.
