I have been going to Sweet Secrets Bakery since they opened and will go every chance I get whenever I visit Rapid! They are delicious and I don't think I have ever had a bad thing! Their brown butter salted caramel cupcakes and macarons are my FAVORITE!! They also did my wedding cake and cupcakes and every single guest loved them--and many returned for seconds! I cannot wait for them to open their truck and will be giving them all the business I can!

We found this place by happenstance but what a wonderful find. I'm gluten free and I have to say I had the best gf muffin I have ever had. It was cranberry orange...great flavor and texture.

We were passing through on my wife's birthday so I stopped at Sweet Secrets Bakery for cupcakes.They were delicious and the ladies that helped me select them were very friendly and helpful.

Stopped in a couple of days ago for the first time. We were pleasantly greeted by the baker and assistant. The baker was working at the front counter frosting a cake in violet blue while the assistant prepped baked cakes. We were glad they were busy because there was a large selection of beautiful, I mean beautiful, cupcakes, cakes and cheese cakes to choose from. There were cheese cakes, red velvet, vanilla, chocolate, almond cupcakes including delicious and decadent gluten free varieties. We couldn't decide so of course we bought a dozen to sample. That was only a small sample of the variety available. The cake crumb was moist, flavorful and a great combination of firm and light. The cheese cake was rich, light and creamy. The shop itself is clean, attractive and inviting. It is everything a cupcake heaven would be. What a treat for yourself or a group!

It was my first time in! I love that "they bake cookies and say f*** a lot!" The GF coconut macaroon was terrific because it wasn't overly sweet! I recommend them and I will go back one day.

Their products are really good. Their selection isn't large for single serve items but you will still find something you like. Their cheesecake slices looked really good too, just didn't nab one that day.

My first time at this bakery since my husband and I are new to the RC area. The place is very clean and has an industrial/modern vibe. Everything on display looked amazing. We ordered a small cake for our virtual gender reveal and even though I was apprehensive at first thinking the cake may not be big enough to show clearly on camera, Taylor assured me of it's size by showing me similar cakes. She was very helpful and understanding of my concerns of wanting to get things "just right" for our special day. I loved the finished cake and it looked bigger than I thought it was going to be and was just beautiful. Our family and friends loved it as well. Thanks for making our reveal that much sweeter ? we'll definitely be back!

Make sure you verify with them multiple times what you expect when placing an order. Cake on the left it was I ordered (I knew they couldn’t do fondant and I was going to provide the characters.) the cake on the right is what I got. They told me that they would do their best with decorations but that the cake wouldn’t look exactly like the photo. The photo on the right is what I received. It doesn’t even look like they used the cake I sent as inspiration. When I placed the order I stated that I wanted a 3 tier cake and sent a photo of a 3 tier cake. I got a a 3 “layer cake”. I messaged them to voice my frustration after seeing the cake my husband brought home and they were so rude and told me they would refund $10 for decorations. I wasn’t asking for a refund, just voicing how upset I was. This is the second cake that I have ordered that was not correct and each time they were very rude. I will not be ordering again and advise you to look elsewhere as well.

I stopped in twice on my weekend trip in Rapid City and I'm still dreaming about the coconut macaroon! Their Gluten Free treats helped me put together a pretty cute Mother's Day sweets table on the fly in my hotel room. Delicious! I'll be back! A must try.
