Every single time I go to that restaurant, the employees can never get my order correct. For example, today I ordered two chicken chalupa’s and I got two grilled cheese burritos instead.

Two and a half hours before they closed, they weren’t taking orders. The crew was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional as they yelled and cussed at customers ahead of me. I work in fast food and the professionalism with this staff is really lacking. Do better!

The little girl in the drive through was extremely rude. I ask if they could make the side of sour cream worth the .60 cents bc in the past I've gotton little to nothing for a side of sour cream and that's definitely not worth .60 cents and she said "umm that's not my job" then I said umm okay, and she replied back with a sarcastic okay. So when we pulled up to the window she continued to be rude and say side comments along with whoever else was working near the drive through window as if it was closed. Just straight unprofessional and disrespectful. If you can't provide great customer service then don't work in that field.

Drive thru server rude, minimal filling in chalupa..garbage place
I’ve been to this taco bell for years. It’s always been decent service. Tonight I went through with some of my friends and we racked up a big order. We drove to the parking lot and checked if we got all of the order. We were missing three big items but we weren’t upset about it as a few of us have worked fast food and understand how that happens with big orders. We went through the drive through and got to the window and told the taco bell worker about our missing items. He then accused us of lying to try and get food and that we’d been gone for 15 minutes which if you check the security cameras of the parking you can easily see was not true. He tried offering us coupons and said if you wanted free food you could have just said something you don’t need to lie. Just overall a very unpleasant experience where we didn’t get what we payed for, and had to deal with a rude accusing employee. This location is running their business in a horrible way. My experience has been good but this last visit was horrendous. I would not recommend.

Crap service. Tried to order our meal 3 times and everytime in the drive through shed get it wrong. I then tried to speak louder so she could hear what we wanted as I wondered if it was the outside noise. She then told me to not yell and argued the meal on the screen was what I wanted when it wasn't.

Updated my 1 star to 3. I decided to give another try food is a lot better since the last time but wait time is too long to be considered fast food.

I’m gonna be honest if I could do a less star then a one I would! Every one on the Crew was very unprofessional at 7:00pm on 12/15/24 as well as the shift supervisor was allowing it and was also involved in the screaming and the cursing at each other and they were all messing around and the only reason we went inside was because they mess our order up going through the drive through or door dash every time! When I worked fast food I would be damned if my crew acted like that I would fire them on the spot! Do better toco bell!
