I stopped by at 10:58, came inside and i was worried my order was gonna be rejected, the manager was very professional and explained he'll take our order but couldn't eat inside due to the lobby being closed. I was just happy he was polite, and managed to take our order. I appreciate manager: jeff

I pull into the drive through at 1:39pm and I’m waiting in line for at least 10 minutes and when I get to the speaker maybe like 1:49 and they tell me they took the last order of the night. It’s not 2pm so I feel my order should have been taken. The parking lot was completely full of cars of kids just standing outside of there cars yelling I’m pretty sure some of them were in uniform too. When I was driving out of the drive through there was one employee hitting his vape when he should have been inside helping. Horrible experience I wish I could rate the food but unfortunately I didn’t get to try anything cause you were closed before your actual close time.

At the drive thru at noon on 7/13. Female voice tells me to order when i am ready. So i am looking over the menu and she comes back wanting to know why i am not ordering. (I was looking at the menu! ) I ordered Burrito, beans and rice. In the bag there was no napkins, no spoon or fork to eat with, and the burrito is just thin and sloppy. Done.

Food was terrible. Smallest portions I've ever had. Burrito was flat like a quesadilla. Didn't get my extra cheese or sauce. Chicken bowl was missing tomatoes, black beans, salsa and guacamole. This is the second attempt at trying this location. Checked my order and was missing an item. We will not be back.

Just ordered here tonight and the prices went up, but the quality of the product has gone down. We was told 1.5 ounces of meat goes into the tacos. It looked like a kids meal. The fries weren’t full. The taco wasn’t full. Took it all back immediately and asked for a refund. The last two times I’ve been to this location this has happened. The next time I come here I’m video taping the product and sending it in and that will be the last of my business.
My 11 year old son could operate a franchise better than this one is. Complete lack of competency all across the board. Every single experience I, or anyone I know, has ever had here has been a nightmare. Cannot believe it's even still in operation. I wouldn't trust management to scrub a toilet, let alone make my food.

Two and a half hours before they closed, they weren’t taking orders. The crew was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional as they yelled and cussed at customers ahead of me. I work in fast food and the professionalism with this staff is really lacking. Do better!
