Ordered breakfast spawning a sausage California crunchwrap with no guac not only was the food cold and while there was no guac it wasn't sausage it was bacon. Lady on shift was very rude and condesending

I have been stopping in 4 times a week as a known regular costumer for the last 2 years. Today an employee asked if I have kids and insinuated I look old. It made me very uncomfortable I will not return anymore. :(

Lack of staff has us trapped in the drive thru for literally 2 hours. Could not back up, ride over the curb or anything. Trapped like rats. Then when we brought the meal to the hotel, 3 out of 6 items were missing. One of the most surreal experiences of my life.

These employees that worked the Derby night deserve a raise! They were rocking it, the line was 20+ cars deep for hours and they were getting folks through quickly! Nice job!

You mess up an order by slapping my sticker to someone else's so door dash brings me that, I call you and tell me my order is waiting for pick up. But won't fix it and blame it on the dasher.
