I've been here 3 times in 3 weeks usually when I just get off work and it's the only place still open. All 3 times I haven't gotten what I ordered despite being charged for it and when I call the store the young men that have been the ones answering the phone just ask me what I want them to do about it. It wouldn't be so bad but due to food allergies I can't eat what they're giving me for my food. It's one thing to just not have the right order it's another to not even at least be able to eat that so after a 17 hour day and spending $20 so I wouldn't have to cook after getting home I still have to cook dinner. And tonight I didn't realize it until I got to work that despite the screen saying my correct order I paid for someone else's order and got their food that I now get to pawn off on a coworker that can eat it and I'm out of luck for anything to eat until I get off work at hopefully 10am. You guys really need to do better.

Lost my business when I stopped in for breakfast and was told they no longer serve a caffeine fee beverage. I'm allergic caffeine so won't be eating here anymore. To bad because you have great breakfast options.

Dietary restrictions: No caffeine free beverages available so can no longer eat here.

I’m usually a fan of Taco Bell, but after my recent visit to this location, I won’t be returning. I tried the new dipping burritos, and when I took a bite, I noticed the chicken was pink. When I told the manager, she mentioned “ oh honey thats our cantina chicken its supposed to look like that”, but chicken should never be pink.
I urge you to take food safety more seriously, as we should all know undercooked chicken can make people sick.

For heat up freezer food, it couldn’t have been worse or taken longer. Could have butchered the cow and grown my own lettuce by the time we got food. Must have been heated up by a mylittleoven kids toy in the back.

I received 2 free taco slips and I said it over the speaker through the drive through that I had such. The guy switched to a lady. When we pulled up he got the manager who indirectly was rude by saying we need to say we have free taco coupons before they ring them up. First of all I did state we had free taco coupons and secondly you need to teach your employees how that works instead of being rude. I worked fast food so I know how stressful it can be but never would I be rude to a customer for no reason.

I'm actually pissed.

Wait time exceeded 30 minutes, with two other customers in the store.
The bathrooms were dirty.
They forgot to give me the cup that was in my order (the order had two things in it).
The tacos were not packed properly.
The Taco shells were soggy.
Ordered a Supreme item, received the regular.
The Tacos were underfilled.
The staff was on their phone 70% of the time.

I did not think a restoration chain could fail this miserably at making food.

Safe to say, I'm never coming here again.

If your fast food order is being received and prepared by natives, expect it to be wrong. I've never had an order 100% correct from this place. They're utterly incapable

First, take a look at the pic of their newly promoted chicken nuggets that no human should or could consume because they are so overly old and tossed in hot oil to reheat their temp... Disgusting. You should rather just save yourself the hassle and headache by taking a 3-minute drive to the Mt. Rushmore Rd. location where you will not be disappointed. At this Stumer Rd. location your order will not be accurate, you will receive cold food and deal with workers who are not competent including the evening manager or shift lead named "Sammy". The local health department should do a random health inspection, and I guarantee they will find food that is not the proper temperature. Bacteria grows when food is not properly cared for, and it is evident that your workers do not care. Leaders are supposed to lead by example which includes acting professionally and taking care of your customers. Change is necessary as this can hurt taco bells reputation that you try so hard to promote on ads via tv and social media. Spend the money and hire employees or leaders who work with pride. Cheap, unprofessional and uneducated workers end up costing you in the long run.

After work, my partner and I ventured to the Taco Bell on East Stumer Road. Our decision was deliberate, a calculated attempt to escape the echoes of the Bell Sauce incident at the Cathedral Drive location. But fate--or something darker--had other plans.

From the moment we stepped inside, we were struck by the unsettlingly modern and artistic interior. It wasn't just clean or stylish; it was too clean, too stylish, as though the building was trying to distract us from noticing something it didn't want us to see. An unspoken tension hung in the air, woven into the carefully curated decor.

And then we saw him.

The same man.

Down to the last haunted detail--the two-day stubble, the wild knowledge burning behind his eyes--he stood there, at this location, just as he had the day before at Cathedral Drive. My mind raced. Was this his twin? A clone? Could he possibly work at both locations, darting across the city with the speed of a creature not bound by the laws of time or space?

My partner and I exchanged a glance, a silent agreement not to ask questions. Some truths are best left undiscovered. Mercifully, the man was preoccupied, his attention elsewhere. And today, we weren't ordering chicken nuggets. The existence--or lack--of sauces did not concern us.

I ordered the Cheesy Double Beef Burrito, while my partner chose the Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco. The total came to just over $6, a price so affordable it bordered on the miraculous. The food itself was exactly what one would expect from Taco Bell: warm, flavorful, and reliable.

Yet, as we ate, I couldn't shake the unease. The modern interior, the man who should not be there--it all felt like a deliberate construction, as though this location were a stage and we were unwitting players in a performance we didn't understand.

I will return to this Taco Bell. But I will return not just for the burritos or tacos, but for answers--or, perhaps, to see if the questions themselves have changed.

Incredibly slow service for no reason. Let us sit at the order box forever even though nobody else was in the drive through or inside. Who knows what they were doing instead of taking orders.
