Went in side to take out standing there for several minutes, no one acknowledged I was even there. Needless to say I left and went to Taco JohnsParking: Endeavor blvd Rapid city plenty of parking lack of service

they are disorganized and they dont care about food delivery, I once heardca worker say its just door dash make it whenever you want.Vegetarian options: there are choices for beans and just cheese wraps and quesidillas, not sure what else.Dietary restrictions: not really sure, i believe they show calories.Parking: off street parking.Kid-friendliness: not sure, it has kud meals but not sure what else.Wheelchair accessibility: it seemed a bit harder due to the curb by the door.

Where do I start. Everytime I go to this Taco Bell they ALWAYS forget something. For example tonight, I ordered 4 hard shells, 1 soft, and a bean burrito. Yet I got 3 hard shells and no bean burrito. Like I said this happens EVERYTIME. I work in the food industry and it’s not that hard to get an order right.

Order DoorDash ask for no tomatoes on my Mexican pizza they put extra tomatoes. They did not send the drink order chips and cheese. They didn’t send the chips but the cheese.

We have been here a few times, but this last time was the worst experience I ever had. We placed an online order, and didn't receive it until 20 minutes AFTER it was scheduled (we even pushed the I am here button and received a text that it was done). After talking to the person, he didn't even tey to make things better. We finally got our meal, and noticed some of it was missing. I don't know what had happened, and no it wasn't busy, but maybe some training in hospitality would be helpful to the manager and staff.
