Went through drive and saw two employees outside and they continued their break. While I was still sitting at the speaker, they finally went inside. I said hello many times and no one attempted to take my order at the drive through speaker. One of the employees had a head set on so I assume she was the one taking drive through orders, but no one answered at the speaker so I left. This was a good place to get breakfast, but apparently not anymore. Employees see a customer sitting and waiting to order in the drive through and ignore the customer. Definitely not good customer service.

We were going thru the drive thru and tho we got decent food we asked for hot sauce and had to ask inside as they never gave us any. Then in the drive thru this gal was rough with our food where half the food was messed up so we had to ask for new ones. Would recommend going elsewhere.

Well, we were going to stop here, after seeing a movie up the hill only to learn that at 9:40pm, they had turned off the grills. Given they're open til 11pm, if they can't be bothered making food with over an hour to go in their regular shift, maybe cut back their salary by 5 dollars a person since they don't wanna be bothered cooking like other fast-food establishments.

Wow! I don't know where to begin. Service was atrocious. A cheese quesadilla was almost $5 and came with hardly any cheese, mostly just burnt tortilla. Not good, not cheap, and not friendly. No more Taco John for me. I’m officially done.
Went through Drive Thru, and they messed up my order. Went back and waited 20 minutes to get it replaced.

We stopped for breakfast after church on our way back east river. We could tell right away that they were short staffed but the two ladies were working hard! They communicated well and were friendly despite being frazzled as cars kept coming through drive through and people kept coming inside to order. Our wait was long but we were happy to be understanding. These two deserve a raise for how they handled today!

For many years my goto meal at Taco John's has been the Super Burrito and Potato Oles. That will probably change after today. The Oles were as good as ever, but the Super Burrito I had today could hardly be called Super. It seemed like it was half the size it's been in the past, with plenty of room left in the tortilla. I took it back to the counter and they confirmed that it was indeed a Super Burrito. The times they are a changing.
