I've had food poisoning here 2 times now ... today ordered the 7 dollar value meal that costed over 9 dollars, and when I asked why, it was because of a drink ... handed me my food and took off, after asking a few times to get some hot sauce, she just ignored me ... then when i honked, she acted like it was my fault she had to work... they don't need my business... they might have to do some work ...

Chips for nachos were uneatable because they were very stale and SMOTHERED in salt. Asked for replacement and it was the same. The area feels dangerous. Restrooms are locked with a sign that says for paying customers only, see employee for key. Taco sauce packages were nasty, covered in something black.

They mess up on my order twice. They were rude and they don't know how to make anything fresh. I will not be going back there again.

Horrible customer service, ordered 2 potato oles, 2 tacos, and 2 of each sauce. Probably one of the easiest orders. Everybody seemed confused and I had to repeat my order multiple times. They got the food out fast, but it was wrong they forgot to ring in one of my potato circles and 2 sauces. I had to go all the way back to the location and they made me pay for the oles and I still didn't get sauce.

We ordered in the drive through at night. The staff seemed extremely angry anyone was trying to get food. They were rude as the food seemed stale. Try another place. This wasn't decent

Enjoyed lunch with a friend. Good prices and atmosphere. Delicious Taco Salad and fun potatoes with cheese dip. TY for a comfortable place to visit. Service was nice too!

I never write reviews especially on fast food joints but I just had a burrito and donut bites from this location and it was so good I couldn't resist writing this. 10/10 will be going back again after work tonight for the same meal LOL

The positives are that service was fast and friendly, and they filled my order correctly. That's better than many fast-food establishments. The dining room was a little bit dirty, and the tables and chairs were worn. My food -- nachos -- looked like it was prepared by poorly trained monkeys. The ingredients were thrown in the general direction of the tray. Most, but not all of the ingredients hit the tray and remainded inside it. What remained tasted okay. I personally like Taco John's, but this location isn't as good as other Taco John's locations that I've visited. Frankly, it's a step down from Taco Bell. They can do better.

Had a terrible experience at Taco Bell tonight so we went to taco John’s and had such a great experience we had to ask the drive thru worker his name. He said his name is Jake. Great job! Made our night better!
burritos were very tiny, almost the same size as a cheese rollup. was not worth the money this time around, definitely under portioning the food $20 for two burritos and a griller is expensive for getting the same amount of meat as a softshell taco :(
wouldve asked for a remake but i don’t want anyone to spit in my food lol
