This Taco johns use to be our favorite. Now it has gone down hill especially on evening and weekends. We waited 30 mins for our food. What was supposed to be dine in ended up being take out. My crispy taco was ice cold like it wasnt even cooked. Along with way smaller portions then normal. No one let us know what was going on. Along with drive thru being served faster then dine in. You had people just standing around. Along with the supervisor, telling someone they needed to stay inside instead of taking out the trash. Listen he wouldnt be able to have any faster service even if he did stay inside. Not only that you had three people just standing around. This place use to be kind, fast and friendly. Now it is a horrible experience.

This weird looking employeee named Lucas carrier completely messed up my order he put all the wrong ingredients in and their was hair in my food he then had the audacity to try and flirt with me wich I did not find pleasing.it was the guy in the picture

I ordered 3 meals and it wasn't busy at all. It took awhile to get our food. They put 3 meals in one bag, so it was about to rip. Once we got home one of my wife's fiesta tacos was unwrapped and laying in the bottom of the bag like they just threw it in there. Clearly they dont care, which scares me because that means they probably dont care about kitchen cleanliness or food quality. Taco John's is too expensive for that to happen. I much rather go to Taco Bell now, because I have never had that happen and they're way cheaper too. Taco John's use to be great, but seems to be going down hill.
