Pull up to get breakfast and two employees were outside. They continued their break and then went inside. I was still sitting in drive through waiting to order and nothing. One of the employees that was outside had a headset on so she was probably the one taking drive through orders. They see a customer in drive through and don't care.

I ordered 3 breakfast burritos got 2. I am at work so I can't just go back and say hey you forgot one. This has happened 3 times. Also ordered a meat and potato burrito had to go back to work. THERE WERE NO POTATOES.... both taco John's in this town are horrible at making the orders I'm sad this is my review but they have earned it. And God forbid you go during a rush you will sit in the drive thru for at 20 to 25 minutes sometimes

The dude working the pickup window is more interested in actually sitting on the sill of the drive-through window with his back to you, so that he can giggle with his gaggle of friends, than he is trying to do any part of his job correctly. First he tried charging me $18.XX, even though I’d already paid my $12.XX at the previous window.
Then another trip through the drive-through to get my order corrected and he was still just chillin with his ass out the window.
Dude’s gonna have a tough time in the job market.

Just isn't the same anymore. Ever since they took out the taco bar, the newsletter, the hometown vibe...it's just not the same. Prices go up, quality of food goes down. It's a bummer they always have to turn it into a corporate business. I miss the old taco John's. When Duane ran it...those were the good Ole'(pun intended) days.
