The Bison Maytag Marsala Mushroom Pasta was absolutely amazing! The staff is outstanding! Highly recommend!

The food was good. The night was not. Despite how friendly our waitress was, the evening was a comedy of errors. We got there at 6:45 and closed the place out at 9:45, the last people to leave. Our waitress was really struggling and none of the other staff did anything to help her. The host tried a few times to help, but he wasn't really paying attention. We waited and hour for food and the apps came out 30 min after our soups and salads. The orders for soup were wrong and the apps didn't even come out at the same time. They didn't put one of our orders in and we were all done our food by the time the the burger came out. A burger on the fly should take 10 min tops. The waitress read our order back to us after we ordered, so we knew it was right. It's as though someone was sabotaging her at every step. She comped a dessert, but frankly, my son's burger should have been comped as well and the manager should have apologized. I'd give them another chance but I'm not a local.

We went for our 32nd anniversary. We decided to order a 4 courses indecision menu. The Chef chooses all of your courses. We had mussels, salad, chicken parm, and beef tenderloin. All were expertly prepared and very delicious. Our server was Justice S. She was very attentive and fun. She ensured our anniversary was special. Great job. Would definitely consider going again for our big events and celebrations.

First, we placed ourselves in the very capable hands of Palina who expertly helped us chose our meal. Her recommendations of the mushroom D jour was one of the best starters ever. Followed by the Bison Peppercorn crusted Bison ribeye. Steak was perfectly cooked. Closed thee ending with the Meyer lemon cake. If you go, you'll be happy. Ask for Palina. She'll make your evening great

We were pleasantly surprised by our dinner at Tally's. The menu offered a variety of options with elevated flavors. The foie gras du jour was delicious as was the filet and duck a l'orange. Will definitely return on our next trip to Rapid City.

Visiting the area for the national parks and monument and Custer. Was recommend to me as one of the places to go for dining. I would give this place 5 stars had the service not been as slow as it was. Wine was good and very reasonable for a bottle. And most of the dishes were very good or outstanding. But it took well over an hour to get our mains. We drank a full bottle of wine, countless glasses of water and ate full basket of bread. By the time the main arrive we had only stomach room for just a few bites. Disclaimer. I still prefer waiting an hour for good food versus faster service for poor quality. Which is why I still give it 3 stars. The Parm to Table stuffed mushrooms was the best. The Bison Maytag Marsala was decent albeit a bit on the sweeter side. The curry mussel was very good as well.

Best buffalo burger I've ever had. Added American cheese, caramelized onions and jalapeños for additional flavor. Service was great.

Fun place for a date night, I recommend trying the "Indecision Menu" if you are brave and want to try a variety of surprise dishes hand picked by one of their chefs.

We were in town for conference based on the trip advisor ratings. The host seemed a little put off by the fact we didn't have a reservation. The only table available was a community table. We ended up sitting outside. The food was good, but arrived luke warm at best. It quickly cooled, since we were outside. Table service was good.

Michael gave us excellent service… We shared Eggs Benedict and a bowl of fresh fruit… the fruit was the best ever.. Fresh sliced strawberries, bananas, blueberries and raspberries … The Eggs Benedict was perfect!

Table was not ready when requested. Waiter was not on the ball. Service was slow. Value was not there. Seems like they are competing with Juniper across the street but not up to snuff.
