It's Texas Roadhouse. What more do you want? It's a steakhouse that serves steak. It's not the best, but it is the consistent steakhouse that is good enough to return to occasionally. It's the steakhouse you base all your other steak houses from. They will either be better than the roadhouse or they won't be worth returning to. Ultimately, I have had better, but I can't complain.

I really enjoy the bar staff and servers for dine-in—they’re friendly, attentive, and make the experience great.
That said, picking up a to-go order can be confusing. Often there’s no one stationed at the pick-up area, and a few staff members will pass by without checking if you need help. Even just getting someone to acknowledge you at the door can be tricky.
It feels like the process could use a little more organization. I think a bit of training or a dedicated to-go staff member would make a big difference—maybe even take some notes from the Kenosha, WI location, which handles it smoothly.
With that small adjustment, I think this place could be perfect for both dine-in and takeout!
