Love this place! I sneak in and have breakfast every Saturday morning!
They make their own pastrami!!! So good… friendly staff and the very best bread!
Go often for lunch, Saturday morning breakfast is the best!! Unbelievable caramel pecan rolls!!
Love their stuff, the only time I run into a sandwich I don’t like is because I didn’t read the ingredients list close enough haha 😂 everything is fresh and delicious!

I love this place. One thing, please don't forget to chop the pastrami on the pine ridge, it's a difference maker, way less messy and easier to deal with.
After moving to the area from Lincoln, NE a year ago this has become one of my favorite lunch spots. High quality ingredients and always served hot! Will for sure be taking family and friends that come to visit here!

I was blown away by the sandwich from this place. I had The Pine Ridge sandwich and it was so delicious. The owner is very kind and can be seen in the kitchen, which was a delightful sign to me. Great lunch for locals and tourists!

Just ate lunch at the Bashful Bison. Waited 40 minutes plus to get our sandwiches. Then my wife’s sandwich was a BLT with Avacado and roasted red peppers. No red peppers on it and the Avacado was a green scrape across the bread. The bacon was so overdone it would not hold together. Just one more disappointing dining experience in Rapid City.
Excellent food! Sourdough bread, bagels, caramel and cinnamon rolls. Everything is made in kitchen.

Staff was super friendly. The group i was with got some sandwiches while we were at Hay Camp. The New Underwood sandwich (pulled pork) was excellent and very filling. For the price, I wish it'd come with chips or fries. Not a deal-breaker, though, because it was that good. I'll be going back, and I definitely recommend it.
