Homemade horseradish is phenomenal. Morning cinnamon rolls are gigantic and auntie’s iced coffee has a perfect blend of not-too-sweet and creamy. Staff is very personable. We came for dinner and came back the next morning for breakfast.
We came here after landing at the Rapid City airport as reviews were great for this lunch spot.
What we got:
*Bison - we were interested in trying bison brisket. Overall, the sandwich was flavorful, but the brisket was very dry. Not one I would get again.
*The Paha Sapa - this one sounded interesting with a variety of meat with a three pepper tapenade. I wasn't sure if this was going to be a spicy sauce or not, but it only added a mild...

I love a good Ruben, their version was amazing (the edgmont). Service was a little slow, it was busy and they looked a little under staffed so wasn't upset. Plan on going back and recommend. Plus it attached to a brewery, how can you go wrong?
