Their donuts are so so good! The donut was fluffy and it had a good ratio of PB filling!

Cozy, warm, smells amazing, and great staff. Honestly this place puts French bakeries in Chicago in their place. Loved coming here and the pastries were absolutely outstanding.

This place is worth a 3 hour drive from Wyoming!! A must stop if you’re in Rapid. Plan to get a box of goodies and several bags of bread. Go early, my guess is this place sells out quick. Quality is always the reason for great reviews!!

Viral place thanks to a NYTimes article so of course a NYer like me had to stop by on a recent road trip through the parks. It’s definitely good, just not sure if it’s “viral-worthy”. Typical of a Midwest establishment the pastries are giant-sized for ‘Murica’s Ozempic public. There are some interestingly bold interpretations like their kouign amman that is glazed with a sugar shell. Interesting for 2-3 bites but too much to finish. Some creative toppings for their brioche and buns but again when you get past the topping, it’s just a massive fluffy carb bun. If they want to be truly innovative they would cut the size of their pastries down to less than half of what they currently are. Tried their breakfast sandwich and 2 of their lunch sandwiches. They were quite tasty which definitely made up for the slight disappointment in the pastry.

Pastries and round loaves of bread. They actually charge more for sliced bread than whole bread. I bought 2 pastries. One was a large cinnamon with a huge dollap of frosting and the other, an almond croissant. I asked them to heat them. They said no, we don't do that here. I was shocked. I only wish I had known this before I left a generous tip. Bread is good, but overpriced and there is no service. It is just a roadside bakery, not a patisserie at all.

Don't walk but RUN to The Sour. Everything is made from sourdough. The cinnamon bun - to die for! No bloating or sugar spike! Also the espresso was fantastic too. What a great little spot. The choc crossant was amazing too.

Highly recommend this spot. We had both sweet pastries (morning bun/almond croissant) and savoury (picnic sandwich/ham and cheese croissant) and absolutely could not fault the food. The bread was soft and flavourful and the laminated pastry was flaky and delicious. The service was also fantastic - the staff were warm and friendly and the line moved quickly. Ice coffee was also great!

I ordered the breakfast pasty. The filling of sausage, eggs and sweet potato was delicious. However, the croissant exterior was dripping in butter so much so it was inedible even after I used napkins to squeeze out as much as I could. I understand croissants are made with butter, but this was excessive. The young lady cleaning tables was rather dismissive of my concerns.

I stop here at least once a week while running work errands, and it is the highlight of my entire week. Always a treat! The pastries are amazing and I love their coffee. Their savory breakfast options are also excellent. I will definitely be taking loaves of bread home to my family out of state for the Holiday season! I cannot reccomend this place enough.

Love their food. Always so good. Service not as great. Every time I have been in there, the same gal is very rude. She makes comments and often seems to roll her eyes. Today went in there and they were full. I had been there for 19 minutes, ordered almost right away. When checking and seeing if I could just get a refund to go, the same gal came out and says “yeah it’s been 7 minutes” and turned and walked away with the food I had ordered. The gentleman at the counter however was very polite. He did give me a refund and asked if I wanted something else. And I had told him no it was okay. I will most likely stop coming there due to that same gal repeatedly like that.
