The bison short ribs with the shaved onions, mushrooms, and beet sauce were incredible. Nice view as well, we were seated in a romantic alcove for people celebrating their anniversary. My wife enjoyed the pork tenderloin.
Incredible menu! But the entire experience suffered when my husband’s steak came out medium well instead of medium rare. We were all finished eating before his came back out. Disappointed. At $50-$60 per plate, a person expects more.
The staff at Vertex did an AMAZING job preparing and serving our wedding dinner. Alexis made us an absolutely gorgeous cake and Emilio and staff went above and beyond to ensure the night was perfect. The food was phenomenal! Thank you for making us the perfect dinner!
