So place says open till midnight. 12 am right?? Ever day i go there at the latest 1145 they are closed. 11:30 - closed. Dont advertise being open till 12am midnight if your not. Because im hungry and!!!

If I could give a 0 star I would. I put my online order for drive thru pickup at 11:40 pm when I get to the store to pickup, no one answers the drive thru intercom. I drive to the window and was told that they already closed everything up and I was out of luck, this was at 11:45 pm. They closed the store early and I still haven’t gotten a refund of my order. The closing hours are 12 am and they had closed 20 minutes early.

I went there this morning around 830 and ordered 2 maple bacon chicken sandwiches and a number 4 just the sandwich. I got my food and went home and come to find out there was no maple butter on any of my sandwiches when their should be. Very disappointed.

We ordered through the drive thru. Took my first bite of the burger, and it was like they dumped salt on it right before they put the cheese on. I couldn't eat more than a couple bites. The fries were fantastic, though. I understand that they are training new ppl, but they should be doing quality control.

If Google could give a 0 rating I’d do that instead. Starting off I’ve seen public bathrooms at truck stops cleaner than this dining lobby at the time we were there. We ordered, food was sub par at best. At that’s being generous. Not only did they mess up the order and not at cheese or bacon to the sandwich. When approached and asked to rectify this they stated “it doesn’t come with bacon”. And the lady behind the counter who I won’t name here but did name in the survey review directly. Seemed much more interested in her phone than customer service. Yet their menu board clearly shows it does have these toppings. Then rather than remaking the sandwich correctly. They just took it from me, took it in the back and added things to the same shitty made, cold sandwich out of view. Not only was the food some of the worst we’ve had from any fast food establishment. The cleanliness was absolutely disgusting. If this is how their lobby looks. I can’t imagine the condition of the kitchen equipment.

Almost anywhere else in town can produce better food and better service. Don’t waste your time or money here. Don’t reccomend this location, or any Wendy’s location local to the hills as a decent option for food. We’ve given this location multiple tries to do better and are fed up. Will never come back. One of the only places we’ve been to that consistently seems to get worse each time.

Went for breakfast and started to order at the drive thru. After ordering 1 meal and the person on the other end not saying anything, they then said “7$ first window” I replied, I wasn’t done ordering. This ended up causing them to not respond. When I finally asked, are you there. They replied “waiting on you”. I left. That’s not how service works. You ask would you like anything else, so many polite ways to handle things. Absolute trash service
