Today I decided to visit Wendy's to try their chili. Unfortunately, the service was slow, and the window attendant neglected to greet me, leaving me waiting for five minutes before acknowledging my presence due to being preoccupied with preparing the next order. Furthermore, the food quality was subpar, which was disappointing, particularly when I encountered a frozen fry in my order. It appears that they could benefit from some improvements.

Stoped in here this am before catching my bus out of town. I love the biscuits and gravy from Wendys. The cashier took our order and we sat down. I should have known something was up when our meal two small combos and a small chili took nearly 20 minutes. When we got our order I noticed the gravy was like a tablspoonful. So I asked the cashier if I could have a little more. She said she would get the manager. Whom approached the counter and said they through all the gravy out. I said "OK, if I would have known I would haven't gotten this little I would have like to know so I couldn't have ordered something else" the "manager" then turns on his sass and says "we are not making a whole new batch of gravy" and I responded " I didn't ask you to make more gravy, I said I wish I was informed to have an option to order something else" he then starts to speak to me aggressively and rudley. Even mimicking me after I asked him if he treats all concerned customer like this. I have worked fast, regular chain restaurants and fine dinging. It's not that hard to accommodate a customers needs especially if they are respectful and calm in their approach. I don't warrant his disgusting behavior, as a grown man at that! He didn't offer me a replacement nor a refund. When I asked his name hi tried to mumble it. When I asked if he had a manager above him he replied "no" when I asked if he has a corporate number he replied "no". I will definitely be calling corporate, MIKE SALWAY obviously hates his job and customer that dine there even more. My mo was just trying to buy me breakfast before I left town. He ruined our dining experience in a whole and didn't try to compensate or apologize. Poor customer service and the worse attitude I even encountered by a manager!

Can’t even make a simple burger correctly I asked for a plain burger and they threw everything they had at it wrapped it so bad I had to cut the wrapper and this isn’t the first or last time they mess up everyone’s orders

If I could give zero I would the dude that took my order has horrible customer service. The chili that I ordered was like they watered them down. I ordered sweet tea and recieved unsweetened tea. Horrible place

Cold everything absolutely disgusting I went in last night around 11:15 and I got two meals and everything was cold I mean fry’s were as cold as a drink 🤮the buns and the patty cold asf. Nuggets could tell we’re hours old .

Visited Wendy's last night ordered a biggie meal and a kids meal... and when I got our food the fries were cold, hard and dry... and everything was barely warm... went back and got a refund and they gave me new food and it was still the same as before. When I showed up there was no one in line and I was waiting a good minute at the window and you think I was waiting for fresh hot food but nope.

First and last time eating at this location.

Ordered online order wasnt started till I got to the store. Manager shutdown and started cleaning the fryer in the middle of making the order to 20 minutes

To be fair the staff is incompetent at their jobs but they aren't to blame the food was just thrown together and thrown on my plate for a dine in order ... I've worked at Wendys before and it seems the staff needs way more training at what they do sadly I'll probably never dine in again. The work isn't to rough but when it got busy they panicked and threw customer service out the window.. that's when customer service comes in to play especially when your not good at dealing with people or high volume

I never leave reviews but I was kinda like wow what I do?? I'm not a Karen I won't call the manager at all because it is what it is.. just tell your staff to be more customer friendly especially when their struggling to get 4 orders out

The Wendy's on E North St are typically pretty great with customer service and effectiveness with serving food reasonably quick. I love the options of big bags and they always make my food correct whenever I ask to hold off on certain things on sammiches, or they accommodate accordingly when asking for specifics on your order
