The worst Wendy's I haver visited!! Fries were cold, the cheeseburger was old and cold, the cheese wasn't even melted! We will never return!!!

I usually wouldn’t bother to rate a national fast food chain, but fair warning to folks traveling through on the highway - this is NOT the stop for you. I’ve lived in many large cities and traveled the world over and this Wendy’s was nearly the sketchiest experience I’ve had. We left before finishing our meal to get outta there. I genuinely do not know how any business is open in this location.

1: they messed up are order and we were missing fry’s2: the food was cold3: we asked for certain food items to be taken off are burger and when we got it, it still have them all on4: the chicken nuggets were just like card board5: the chicken nuggets gave 2 out of 3 of are kids food poison5: the person taking are order was very sassy and had no respect for customers6:they straight up lied to us and claimed that they did give us the fry’s even though when we checked there were no fry’s7: the employee told us we were wrong and was very rude about the fry’s but we were still missing them8: we asked for a sweat tea but got a normal tea9: they forgot one out of 3 drinks10: only 1 drink was correctOut of all the Wendy’s I’ve been to in my life this one was absolutely horrible the food is poison the customer service is toxic and the atmosphere was out ride disgusting. 1 out of 5 do not go to this Wendy’s.

Ordered online at 9:40pm. Got to the Drive thru at 10:00pm. Didn’t receive my order until 10:52pm. After all that. They gave me the wrong sandwich and no nuggets. Never ever going to this restaurant again. Stay away!!

Been here twice, thought the first time was a fluke but both times it took 20 mins in the drive through with only 1 car in front of me. I ordered 1 single meal. I guess it takes 20 mins to make a burger and fries?
Order was wrong. Also stated they could only take cash. Tried to call them and phone was busy for over thirty minutes gave up.

Ordered two sandwiches. Ordered a Dave's triple,and ordered a Bacon Jr. Got two bacon juniors instead. Tried to call the store and all I got was a busy single on the phone for over two hours. Gave up. Also requested we pay in cash only and got no receipt. Hum?

We came through the drive through yesterday morning around 10:15. We ordered the honey butter chicken combo with no honey butter. We got a empty biscuit. We also ordered two egg and cheese biscuits and only got one. We did get the two sausage biscuits. So we spent over 12 dollars for half of our order. Would have come back but we were on the highway heading out of town. It wasn't even busy so really no excuse for such a mess up!!!

Frosty Jr keytags for $3 for a while year is a great value and an excellent cause. I get one on the way to workout and another when done.
