I ordered through the app for pickup. We pull into the drive through to be handed 5 of our 6 drinks and 1 half full because she didn't shut the lid and it spilt all down her hand. Then told us to park in a parking spot. We were the only ones in the drive through on a Sunday night at 1030. I had to ask for my last drink before we parked, even then she didn't fill the cup up fully. We waited and watched 4 cars pull in, order and get their food. Then the manager looking guy walks out of the door drops our food as he is walking out of the building and basically tosses it to me in my car. No customer service, care or anything. This will be the last time we use this wendys ever again. They didn't have any of the hambergers fully wrapped, they were basically half wrapped and tossed in the bag. I left a voice-mail on their phone as well telling them how much they suck.

It was so very slow! I was in drive through, ended up going in. Had to wait fifteen minutes for my food. Then they made it for dine in when I asked to go. Manager was very frustrated so I wasn't giving them a hard time. It was slow and she knew it so she comped my meal. She didn't have to, I get it but the store could potentially use more training.

Food was good and people were nice. I have dined in once, and have gone through the drive through multiple times. The lemonade is more bitter/sour than sweet, which could be good or bad depending on your preference. I prefer nuggets, but the sandwiches are good too. The frosties are decent
Everytime I go here and there’s more than 2 cars I wait in line for 20 mins! To me that’s just ridiculous. Today I waited in line for almost 25 mins and there were only 4 cars in front of me. Thanks for wasting almost all my lunch break!

One of the chicken nuggets had a bite taken out of it. I talked to the district manager and she was in such a rush to get me off the phone. I am very concerned about the safety of the food and health violation of this location. Absolutely disturbing. I don't trust the employees at this location after this.

The food was really good but the new frostey sea carmel wasnt all that great it was to sweet for one thing and it taste awful I think u all schould stick with the choclate better yet its to bad u all didnt have vanille

11/13/24 630 pm ordered a number seven classic mayonnaise only with a bacon and cheese potato instead of fries. Give me one price at the drive-through when I got to the window it was even more than what they told me and then I get the potato and a potato I have a garden is softer than the soft potato that I got to eat, it’s so cold it won’t even melt the butter not the first time I’ve had terrible service here. I just thought I’d give them another try and they messed it up again
