Ive been coming here since they opened and this is for sure my favorite coffee place! They have an iced GOLD RUSH coffee that is like nothing else I can find at any other coffee place here in town! Its like the perfect combination of not to sweet but just the right amount with the actual taste of coffee. Its my day maker coffee for sure! This drink got my hubby to actually like coffee aswell so its great that we can both finally enjoy something to start our day off right after 16 years of trying to get him to like coffee this drink was the one that won him over! My daughter she especially loves the matcha iced with strawberry cold foam but in the past her favorite was the strawberry banana smoothie. Highly recommend, the manager is absolutely amazing and trains her staff to be amazing aswell, she's so genuine and ive got to say it, legendary, ive never met someone with so much drive and passion for there job! Shes also been there since the beginning and is what really makes ziggys so great IMO she deserves the biggest raise and maybe one day part owner bc she definitely treats this place like her own and thats why its so amazing! Thanks ziggys family for making my days start off right with the best iced coffee in town!

The staff was very friendly and patient (it was my first time), they gave me great recommendations and made modifications for me. I went through the drive-thru fairly quickly despite the moderate line. We will definitely be back to try other items.

A coffee shop that doesn't have coffee at 7:45am. After waiting 10 minutes for a black coffee, I was told that it was going to be a while because they had to roast the beans. Not grind the beans. Not brew the coffee. Roast the beans. I couldn't believe it. Maybe you should open with that before someone waits around in your COFFEE shop for 10 minutes.
We will not be going back. Like so many other businesses these days, I doubt a chain like Ziggi's cares about one persons opinion. Fortunately, a very close friend of ours has a MASSIVE social media presence.

At first it didn’t seem like they offered simple coffee. Then I saw the latte menu listed at the very top. Was told the 16oz comes with two espresso shots. Ordered that and it was very good. Staff is friendly.

Never been to a place that struggles so hard to listen. You repeat my order back to me, twice, and still can't get a simple cup of coffee made right. Why ask what I want and repeat it back to me to only do what you want anyways??? Life's tough. Do better with your flavored water and hiring.

I come in fairly regularly as I work nearby. Love the large variety of sugar free flavors. My only complaint is that the coffee isn’t very hot, even when ordering extra hot it’s drinkable but sure doesn’t take long to get cold. Would love to be able to get it hotter.
