Horrible. Not edible. Ended up in the trash. Disappointing for a lunch that costs $11. I ordered the veggie toscana. Didn’t realize it came with chicken. Unless they added it without asking. All I tasted was garlic. The veggies were way overcooked and the cubed chicken chewy.

I have been going to Z'Mariks for years. It has been a favorite of mine, when I want something tasty, filling and affordable. The last several visits have been very disappointing.I went there tonight to pick up dinner for my family. I waited at the front counter for a few minutes. Which wasn't a big deal. I understand everyone gets busy. A man came from the back and stood by the register. I assumed this was my cue to order, because he did not offer any other greeting.After my order was placed I was flatly told to wait 10 minutes. No "thank you" for your order or have a nice day.My order was brought out to me, which was a nice effort. I was however taken aback by the employee's outfit. The individual was wearing sweatpants, sandals and a crop top that showed a significant amount of skin. I personally do not feel this is appropriate restaurant attire for an employee.I am bummed that Z'Maricks is no longer tasty, filling or affordable. Which is a shame since there are not a lot of dining options on the Westside.

Expensive for the portions you get. Got a $7 bowl of soup that was barely half full in a small cup. Otherwise food is good. You just have to remind them to fill your soup up.

I used to love it there. The last 6-12 months the food has been terrible. I continue to give them chances thinking it was just a mistake but I continue to get slimy brown cucumber ok my salad and keep finding mushy disgusting lettuce in the bottom of my salad bowl. So so disappointed and completely turned off my their food at this point.

Food is always great. It's one of my favorite places in town! Despite being left completely alone, running front of house AND back of house, the young lady working there was very sweet and helpful about my misunderstanding with the pricing. Also since Z'Mariks sells alcoholic beverages, it may be good to have someone there of age who can distribute them.

I’m not going to leave a 1-Star review or anything because it really is great food, and I can’t really complain about customer service because I primarily make my offers on doordash. Although the last like 4-5 time’s I’ve ordered anything with chicken it’s been substituted with bacon, it’s really annoying when you have to spend an extra 3 dollars for the chicken and I don’t get it.

Paid like $9 for a bowl of z’marinara with fettuccini, with extra sauce and added meat balls, when I got out to my truck to eat it the meatballs were cold along with the noodles, the sauce didn’t even cover the noodles, not to mention I paid $9 for a “meal” portion that wouldn’t even of satisfied my 6 year old daughter. Now I’m up the street at taco johns.

Once I finally got my food and opened the bag at work my order was wrong (the young lady had alot of trouble comprehending my simple order even though I repeated it three times). The chicken soup is literally identical to Campbell's Cream of Chicken with some orzo, chicken, carrots, and celery added. One of my two chicken noodle soups had literally zero chicken and a few small pieces of carrot. Just a $7 bowl of Campbell's Cream of Chicken. The small cup of Beer Cheese soup was filled halfway...literally five spoon fulls. The Gyro was sub par. (The owners are Greek. Shameful.) Wouldn't be surprised if they used microwavable gyro meat from Sam's Club. Sandwich itself was small. Only good thing I can say was the Chicken Souvlaki was marinated and cooked well, only thing is you get only 3o of chicken at most in a chicken gyro. Overall, bad service, poor food quality, and way over priced. My two gyro combos with soup was about $35. No drink included. If you want a real gyro GO TO GYRO HUB. If you want real soup, salad, or pasta for lunch GO TO PANERA. I highly recommend not wasting your time or money at this bush league Panera.

I love going here for lunch. The staff is way more friendly the the night staff. This is the third time doing supper and each time they are rude and not wanting you to be there. And this time I when I ordered I get my food and get home and see that it is wrong. I asked for extra onions, sauce, and cheese like i always do. But this time I didn’t get any of it and there was no onions at all. When you have to pay for all the extras and add ons. I should have to worry if I got them or not.
