Its all about Joy and the amazing, loving environment. Great spot, especially if you have time to linger and watch her with people.
This store is run by Joy. When we walked in, she greeted us and told us she has sloppy joes, chips, and tomatoes for lunch. It's a no frills dining experience, but the atmosphere is like having lunch with your grandma. The locals were all friendly and talked with us as we ate. We also got coffee and a caramel roll to go. Joy was friendly, made you feel welcome. Like family. Service was good. She cooks and serves. Breakfast was good eggs, bacon toast and coffee. Other choices pancakes. Cash only. Plus she bakes cookies, muffins and zucchini bread. Zucchini was good had chocolate chips in it.
